Far from it. As an S corporation I had to do payroll which they charged for. I had to pay unemployment taxes which amounted to thousands of dollars for the year Evan though there was just me in the company. Long story short the company folded after one year due to soaring fuel prices and dropping broker per mile rates. Shut down buisness. Decimals still charged me a payroll charge 135$. After finally getting them to acknowledge the business was ended they sent me a nasty little letter letting me know how disappointed they were. I was the one disappointed when they were eight months late filing my taxes.
