The team is so poor in communication and has little to no knowledge. I would request anyone to be careful when you choose them. I was lucky I caught up to the delays or I would be in more trouble. I have paid, on average, $110 per year and my taxes were done on the same day (since it literally would take them 10 minutes). This year, I reached out to them to set up an appointment, and not only do they no longer do same-day service (thereby inconveniencing the client who then has to drive out to their remote location twice) but they more than doubled their charges for basic personal taxes to $250. Unjustifiable, and not client focused. Will not be giving them my business going forward.
