ABSOLUTELY Horrible Customer Service. How can you live with yourself to not reply to clients after their wedding? You've been paid in full for contracted services which included the production of an album. We have been attempting to get this album from you such an extended amount of time now it's beyond unprofessional. Every each we send you is tagged so we see that you open them and still no reply. I first met Allyson when my daughter was around 18 months. She took photos of her at the beach. Since then I have had her take photos twice, the most recent time last April when my daughter was 11. Allyson is incredibly talented. She stands you in the middle of a cow pasture and the photos come out beautiful! Even after you step in fresh cow poop with sandals on... We worked with Jill @ Allyson Magda for our engagement and wedding photos earlier this year. Allyson made the informational/payment process prior to booking seamless and Jill was an absolute pleasure to work with. Jill (and Ali who helped out at the wedding) created an extremely fun environment and was sure to go through the checklist of photos we wanted (provided by Allyson) very quickly. The proofs came back beautifully and we are very excited to see them album as well. I would suggest having any and all photos you want captured on that checklist. They move so quickly (which is great and the day in general is a whirlwind) and on they day-of they won't ask you what you want so much as they refer to the list. For example, I forgot to put my bouquet down to get some photos of the front of my dress without it and we forgot to get some night photos overlooking the city so make sure you have everything you want on that list, even if they are reminders (like, photos without bouquet or without veil). Fast forward a couple of years and my husband and I now have an adventurous 7 month old baby boy. As I said in my previous review, I knew I'd want to call on Allyson when the time came for baby portraits, and was THRILLED when she was able to make the trip all the way to Marin for a photoshoot with my little guy. As expected, the photos came out SPECTACULARLY. Each one is unique, and collectively, all of them come together to tell a story. Her lens captured everything...from the curious wonder behind his wide eyes to the tiny teeth peeking out behind his broad smile. Babies grow all too quickly, and these moments are ones to treasure. Allyson is as talented with her wedding photos as she is with family/baby portraiture. I plan to have Allyson shoot all of his milestones from now on.
