Dr. Gangani also gives me comprehensive advice on my son with a learning disability and went above and beyond to get me referrals to Stanford, when no other specialist was listening to me. Yesterday, his office proved to be exceptional and launched them into the 5 star category...our son injured his elbow at the playground while rough housing with 2 other boys. He was wimpering in pain and couldn't shake it off. He said mom, call the doctor. At 3:15 pm I called, the receptionist asked if I could be there by 3:30. We showed up to a crowded waiting room. I checked in. The nurse immediately showed us to a private room, iced his arm and asked how it happened. She stepped out, the doctor stepped in. He asked a few questions about the nature of the injury, touched his shoulder, asked to see the arm. He grabbed his hand and gently shook it. Our son let out a yelp and then it was all over. The elbow was dislocated and could be popped back in. I think we were there about 20 minutes...an emergency room would have been a 3 hour experience. Now many of you might be saying, "I knew that"...well, I did not. Dr. Khan and his staff were on it and saved me not hundreds but thousands on a trip to the emergency room. This man has the experience, intelligence and a sensitive no-nonsense attitude needed in caring for kids. I trust his wisdom and diagnostic ability.

They kept track of my eating habits and made sure I stayed on top of it and would recommend what I should be doing at home. And she quickly gave an appointment. He struggles a lot with anxiety especially when going to the dentist but we just had a dentist appointment last week and it was very smooth sailing he was calm and the dentist actually got all the work that needed to be done in one visit. My husband I are very happy. Dr Choi and her mom work very well together they are both very sweet and very kind and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend both of them.

I met with maybe 3 and called dozens more. They all felt so impersonable. I was referred to Vemuri by a relative a week prior to giving birth. The staff was helpful over the phone and Vemuri was willing to take me on as new patient and be on call once I gave birth. I was so relieved. Once I finally met her, she was everything I was looking for. Kind, patient, and caring. I don't stress about taking my son in for his check ups, because her and her staff are amazing. I would definitely recommend her if you are wanting a doctor who truly cares.

The second visit the doctor was on vacation so had another doctor filling in. The doctor was fine but the assistants had to take my son's height five times because they didn't know what they were doing. Went in today and didn't get put into a room until an hour after my scheduled appointment then after being in the room almost 30 minutes was told my insurance was expired so they couldn't give my 2 month old his vaccines unless I pay out of pocket. Save yourself the trouble; don't go to this doctor…read more I saw Dr. Burt a few months ago because I was dizzy constantly for a solid month. I was told it's just something that happens during allergy season or if I had bad cold. Was given some prescriptions and my dizziness went away! I was cured! Fast forward to a few weeks after when all the symptoms came back. Dr Burt told me that may happen and to just return when it did. I called... no answer. I called again, left a voicemail, nothing. I've called a minimum of 8 times and I've left 2 messages, no one has ever picked up or returned my calls. At my wits end, I called my primary doctor and got another ENT and immediately noticed a huge improvement. Dr. Burt simply looked at my ears and gave me a diagnosis. My new ENT scheduled a hearing test, along with a handful of other tests on my first visit where I was diagnosed with vestibular migraines. They've been so encouraging and helpful in my quest to get better. When I mentioned my previous ENT, by name, I was informed of how many other patients they had from Dr. Burt and how, essentially, he was only in business still because he's the only ENT in the area. It's now been at least 2-3 months since I've called and I have yet to even get a return phone call. You'd think a doctor's office that had no patients outside of myself when I visited would need to answer the phones.

The dr asked us to return the following day for a follow up which we did. We were charged $400 for a 5 mins follow up appointment. WTH? I have been asked to pay more for this appointment than i would have been charged at an urgent care or ER or his regular pediatrician. Such a rip off!
