The Sales Manager, Caroline Watkins, always went the extra mile to help us finding a good buyer, even when the first accepted offer fell through because the buyer changed his views on the property. The Sales Manager was able to provide us with a second good offer within less than a week, which eventually ended up with the sale of the flat. The office has quite a big team, so even when she wasn't in the office herself, there were always other members of staff ready to help. The agency has a good understanding of the local market, is reliable in terms of quoting on the property they will be dealing with, and have good managing skills. As we had already moved out of London, they had the flat cleaned for us and opened the flat to en electrician for some minor works. They had a copy of our key all the time and they have been always happy to assist us. All in all we have been really happy with them, and a special thank you goes to Caroline for her competence, flexibility and availability, particularly as being the Sales Manager she could have put someone else less experienced on our sale after the first months, but she kept being involved personally all the way through.
