Massage Away is very comfortable, clean, and the staff are nice and professional. I had my massage with Zak, and he was wonderful! He listened to my requests to focus on my legs and lower back. Other places I've gone to the therapists haven't listened to that request at all. He spent a good amount of time on the knots in my calves, but also worked my arms and upper body just enough. I was very comfortable the whole time. I haven't been back yet, but my husband and I are both planning to schedule with them in the next couple of weeks. Last time I had a 60 minute massage, but their pricing is so reasonable I plan to try the 90 minute next time. A therapist (Laura) at Simply Massage rejected all future appointments because the tips provided…read morewere not to her liking. This was relayed to me when I went to book her a third time and had to call. They seemed to have blocked my ability to schedule online. Calling is the only method at this point. This is basically " cherry picking" the best tippers. I am a member, yet it doesn't seem to matter. You would not be refused service at a restaurant for your tip history, so nor should you at Simply Massage. It seems that maybe the help needs a wage increase as they emphasize tipping, leaving it up to the clients whom already pay $70 to $90/hour for servicing. However, it was also explained that the tip reason for rejection is supported by management, not just one therapist. I am weighing my future relationship with this company.
