Dr. Matt always takes the time to listen to issues and ask probing questions, then offer not only amazing adjustments, but "homework" to keep things in place or keep working towards a solution to pain or an injury. I have some lower back pain due to poor sleeping position and Dr Matt has helped realign my back. He also suggested a foam roller daily to keep the area stretched and in-line. It's amazing, I always hear a few small pops when I foam roll and I feel so much better. The receptionist is also very kind and engaging. She is quick to get appointments scheduled or switch days if I need to. She also asks about my weekend or any travel I've done. It's nice to feel heard. I was not able to get an appointment till 2 weeks after my injury. After scheduling a date, I thankfully found another office willing to squeeze me in. I met Dr. Matt at a trail race where he was giving free massages to participants after the race. He did such a good job getting the knots out of my neck I decided to give him a try. I am a triathlete and also participate in many trail and road races so I need regular treatments to keep me in racing shape. He is one of the most knowledgeable chiropractors I've known. I like how he explains everything and it makes complete sense. He also practices A.R.T. Therapy and other techniques. Dr. DeVreugd is the best chiropractor I've ever had, and I've tried many. I always ended up feeling worse with the others but Dr. D doesn't make your body do things that it isn't ready to do. He's also explains what is wrong in detail by showing you with models and pictures and I really appreciate that. He really saved me when I spent about six weeks in dire pain from two bulged disks resting on my spinal column. I saw a specialist, got an MRI, but it was Dr. D who explained what was happening. With his help, I finally got better without surgery. If you need help immediately, he will work you in. The office staff is wonderful and apparently they have a good massage therapist (according to my husband). Dr. D is always upbeat and glad to see you. He makes my day! read more

Dr. Matt let us do Zumba in his Almond Leaf parking lot & gave us massages after our workout. That's how I met him. I liked him right away. I was in need of a chiropractor so decided to give him a try. After 2 or 3 sessions, I could really tell the difference in my neck & shoulders. I have more movement & much less pain now.
