Communication was first class (either by text, conversation, or phone call). 2. Their detail in their work surpassed our expectation. 3. If we had a "concern" or question. They listened and answered - problem was always solved. 4. All of the material that was used within the construction was approved by us before installation. Now to explain how this work with us. We had major reconstruction. We had a plan to remove a low bearing wall, for an open concept floor plan. We explained our vision, plan was made, and the work started. During the process of our construction, there were changes that I made (painted the trim, new base boards, & lighting). These changes weren't small changes. Everyone loves last minutes changes (LOL). However, there wasn't a problem. We got 5 inch base boards, trim was painted white, and hanging light over the sink. I do have before and after pictures. However, I was unable to post on this thread.
