Now if you're an expert and the photo is not something that's considered archducal, no need to analyze it. Just flip past it. The "many phone calls" from June 17 through September 11. I calculated both incoming & Outgoing to 62 min. 1 hr and 2 min. I back up my phone logs. I kept the calls short and infrequent as he bills for every millisecond. A few times i had to real him back to task because he was going on about his passion and his work up north. When on premises & on the phone. As I reiterated his own word back to him "He's expensive and time is money!" As I respect this fact to a degree. It's the nickel & dime aspect I find off putting. I requested all the permits from the country and provided them to Mark, he didn't even see the seal/signature. I had to point it out to him. Mark came out with his little point and shoot cam. Took a few shots, poked his head up through the attic access took maybe 2 or 3 shots. I requested the plans/ specs from the builder and requested them to cut a hole in the ceiling, I videoed a 1 min clip of the area with 4k video & provide it for review. After all was said and done I waited for a written report that never came. Part of the logged calls I mentioned earlier was me trying to obtain a report as a vague verbal is absolutely useless. At the end of the day I paid this individual a large sum and got useless information. The minute I expressed my discontent with the situation, as I was extremely upset. His reply was "I don't like your attitude and I'm not inclined to help you." He got paid & I recieved nothing but fluff.

Mr Blank recently responded to my review stating "We take all customer concerns seriously and want to address this properly" He goes on to indicate he has no knowledge of the situation and to provide proof. Since his response I have contacted Mr Blank through Yelp, I have emailed him and supplied all documentation, I have texted him and left phone messages. This is not new information for Mr Blank as all documentation was provided to him at the time. It has now been five days and he has not responded in any fashion. He does not seem to be taking the situation seriously after all. Mr Blank poured a driveway for me. After completion I paid him in full. Shortly after doing so, I received a demand from the concrete provider for $10,860.50 followed by the filing of a mechanics lien on my property. To obtain release of this lien I paid the supplier over $6,500 and also incurred legal fees associated with the lien. MR Blank did not pay his suppliers and it certainly does not seem to concern him that I got stuck with his bill. Hire this company at your own risk.

They are on my much used lanai and have been subject to year round Florida weather. After years they became rough to touch. My husband and I are not proficient in wood restoration and were wise to call Bobby and Doug for the best outcome. Bobby and Doug came to look at the furniture after I'd sent a photo to discuss the work, expectations and price. The process was discussed as I wanted to be sure the chairs would be treated to be as weatherproof as possible, as I enjoy seeing them from indoors when not in use. I'm not one to cover them consistently. Bobby patiently explained the process and expected outcome. The chairs were picked up and a few weeks later, (based on the time it took to for the wood to process the treatments as applied). The chairs were delivered and placed in their original position. We put a large deposit down for a screened in porch build, and then they disappeared and ignored our calls. Tony Kurtz, the owner, is an absolute smooth-talking scammer. After he gave us an estimate, we put down a large deposit, and we were put on his schedule. The day we were supposed to have concrete poured, no one showed up or answered our calls. We later found out that his concrete guy cancelled for personal reasons, but Tony or his office never reached out to inform us of this because "he was on vacation in the mountains and didn't know." Because of that, he pushed our install date out. Then, a hurricane hit shortly before we were scheduled for the install, so there were understandable delays. No problems there, and we were promised by Tony that we were next in line and he would contact us asap. However, that's when he completely ghosted us. After dozens of emails, phone calls, texts and messages with no return, we were finally told by Tony that they were delaying our project so that they could instead take care of any new customers that called with hurricane damage. After we argued that we had been waiting over a year for our project, he responded that prices have gone up since our original estimate and he was no longer going to be making any money on our project so he was going to take all hurricane calls for the next several months and would get back to us in a few months. It was clear that he was taking advantage of the hurricane to charge higher costs for everyone going through insurance and our project wasn't worth his time anymore. After that call, we waited and continued to check-in for updates over the next few months, but they never returned any of our calls. We dealt with the stress of this company for over a year and we never had any work done. What a scam.
