Got a message back saying the needed parts did not come and that the work will be done August 3rd. I called the morning of Aug 3rd and was told the parts are still backordered. I asked to talk to the manager and was told he was not in the office but will call me back. Finally decided to dispute the charge with my Visa company. Dispute is currently in process.

Their first available appointment was a week out, probably because they are the ONLY electricians that actually answer the phone or return phone calls. Two gentlemen came out to my house and spent an hour or so checking each point in the current until they were able to identify the issue and fixed it quickly once located. All in all came out to about $100/HR. Both electricians were extremely nice, knowledgeable, and honest. I would use them again for sure.
