I'm getting ready to sell this particular house. After the inspection water and mold was detected in one room which was not obvious to us and could not be seen by the naked eye. Called Mold Doctors, I had the pleasure of speaking with Robert. New to the island and to Mold Doctor. He was very helpful and understood our urgency to get someone out to look and to fix the problem. They met me the next day at the house. Quickly we came up with a plan and they were there the next day to start the work and finish up the following day. From start to finish the entire team were very professional, respected our home and were very thorough from the setup for fumigation to the clean up afterwards. So respectful that when they accidentally made a spot on my concrete driveway they made ever effort to clean it up which they did. They could have just let it but they didn't because they knew it was not the right thing to do. They left my property the same if not better. I sincerely appreciate that kind of attention to detail. They are good at hooking you to contract them. They are extremely nice and carrying at first, and then the reality of the crap product they put out hits you. Unfortunately, they use unqualified workers! Broken water pipes--twice! No quality control whatsoever! They argue with you claiming the insurance does not cover to fix the crap job they did in the first place. They do not care about the quality of the product they deliver. Simply not worth it!
