They lowered price to $1250. While work was being done they changed price back to $1500, saying that there was additional parts required, even though I provided photo and video for quote prior. While he was up on the roof, Jesse showed us where he found a few cracked tiles and explained that they weren't posing any issues yet, but we should get them repaired/replaced at some point. Since we had extra tiles lying around, he came back the following week to work on the roof. Additionally, when we asked if there was anything we could do about a few of our gutters being extra loud during the rain, he offered to come back to install some sponges that might dampen the sound of the rain hitting the gutters without blocking water flow. He was responsive on Yelp messages and came out pretty quickly to take a look at the leaking roof issue. Several roofers. I reached out to do not handle roof repairs. Cesar does.. He arrived on time and took many of photos of my rooftop and shared them all with me to show me the issues he observed. Caesar walked the entire roof area to explore where the leaks could be occurring. The flat roof area was problematic with water puddling not draining completely. His estimate was received within 2 days. Although I didn't move forward with Cesar because of his availability, I will definitely reach out to him for future roofing or gutter needs. I found his personality and communication style very amenable and I appreciate his kind and considerate manners. Also he seems to stand by his work with a good warranty.
