Everything was going well at the beginning. Bradley gave me a competitive bid and his guys started cleaning the exterior windows, pressure washing and cleaning the moss off my brick patio. Then at 2:00 they suddenly packed up and left. I went outside and noticed that there was still some moss left on the bricks, three of the skylights hadn't been cleaned, and worst of all the epoxy on one of my steps on the front porch had been bashed in (and I hadn't even asked for the front steps to be cleaned). I texted him what had happened and asked for a call back. I immediately got an email with the bill attached but no call back. I called again and reached him and sent him a picture of the step. He promised that he had a friend who could fix it and he'd let me know when they could come over, and also that the guys would come back and finish the job. Since then I have reached out with no response. I am sad that this happened, and that a business person who seemed so nice and above board would do something like this. Now I will have to take him to court to get my step fixed. Luckily I haven't paid him yet. Please don't use someone like this. You will only be disappointed and possibly cheated. read more

I had Bradley come by for a full roof cleaning. As you can see in the photos attached, there was quite a grudge building up on the roof that in the end was entirely eradicated. Bradley went through quite a process of using a special mixture to kill the moss and lichen growing on my roof. After letting it brown over a few days, he came back to hit it with a stronger mix until it was ready to wash away. Unfortunately, midway through this third visit, his lance broke. This delayed the project by another week and a half, until he finally got it repaired to finish the job. The project lasted longer than I anticipated it would, but for no extra charge. In the end I was very satisfied with how it all looked. These guys will take care of ya! read more

This company is the best! Bradley and Lisa treated us like family in terms of communicating and showing genuine concern that they understood the job that we wanted done. Bradley did a terrific job cleaning gutters and the next year installing gutter guards. He also did a nice job power washing. Great clean up after jobs as well. Then today Victor came and cleaned a LOT of windows inside and out, upstairs and down stairs... and he did a FABULOUS job. After this last winter, the redwood trees dropped sticky gunk that was harder to get off windows so he had to be here a lot longer than expected. He never complained and he was really polite. And they still charged what was originally quoted. He's getting a good tip is all I can say! WOW! I'm so glad we found Bradley at Surf City Window. He's friendly, honest and professional. He was able to clean windows at the beach that hadn't been cleaned in a decade. So much sand and salt. He took apart the old double Pellas and cleaned and dried all 4 sides of each one independently. This is a 2 story house with high skylights and he was able to get everywhere with his ladders. I am bummed to be leaving 3 stars but also bummed on what occurred after they came out. First, they did a wonderful job, I have several neighbors comment on how great the house looks. They power washed our house, cleaned the windows, and cleared the gutters. I came home and it was dark but the next day I made sure to get home before dark and it was amazing. I thought it was priced fairly and although I wasn't home when everything took place all my interactions were pleasant. Here's the issue: I came home and went to get the mail and I noticed the area above the front door had not been power washed, maybe my fault for not saying hey it's hard to see you have to be standing at front door area to notice this area where I'm constantly having to clean bird poo. On the other hand lots of houses seem to have this problem but whatever, I'll take the blame for not mentioning it. I text Bradley a pic, he was super nice and was like I'll have a truck stop by next week since they would be in the area, let me know a day. I respond that any day works, just let me know so I can make sure windows are closed when I leave. The next day he sends me my invoice I pay it as soon as I'm home from work. Last week I did not get a call. I called and texted Monday. It's has now been a week and half. This company had great reviews on here and Nextdoor. I guess my advice is don't pay until the service is completely taken care of because they do good work. They did a great job but this last part is disappointing for me and a bummer since I would have been happy to be a repeat customer. read more

Bradley is amazing. We are new to mountain living and he has been a lifesaver. The first time we called him, he cleaned our gutters during a storm. His service is top notch. We had his company clean our gutters a couple months ago, but with our last big rain, we had some overflow. Most people would say it was just because the rain was so heavy and your gutters are small, deal with it. He came out himself to make sure there weren't any problems with the cleaning that was done. Then, I asked a question about a downspout and he fixed it and gave me a recommendation for its replacement.
