Due to an unexpected hardship, our family experienced significant financial difficulties that made it impossible for us to move forward with the lease as originally planned. We explained to Caitlyn that our circumstances had changed dramatically and that, because of everything we were dealing with, we were not always able to communicate as promptly as we would have liked. Despite being made aware of our situation, Caitlyn referred the $300 balance to a debt collection agency rather than working with us to find a possible resolution. When we contacted the debt collector, we were told that the balance had to be paid regardless of our financial hardship. This has placed an even greater financial strain on our family during an already difficult time. We understand that businesses have policies to follow, but we had hoped Caitlyn would show more compassion and understanding given the circumstances. As new resident, I feel almost bamboozled. One major issue for me is the pool. It's a nice pool to look at but it's only open during office hours on weekdays and then 10-7 Sat and Sun. Summer just started and because I also work regular business hours, I can only use the pool on the weekends, and at that, sunset is almost at 9pm but the pool closes at 7pm. The lease says 10a-10p and I've made several complaints but nothing has changed. One (out of the two) workout machines in their already small gym has been broken since I toured this place in April. The unit I leased is not in the best shape. There was a major leak in one bathroom and I submitted a maintenance ticket that was cancelled by management immediately before work done, therefore it took a few days to resolve. The bathroom sinks are rusted and bathrooms are outdated in general, appliances are old and wonky. The kitchen has two tiny drawers which will not fit a standard utensils tray. I noticed that rates went down for units larger than mine, but because I had already reserved my unit, they couldn't honor the price difference. Besides the cosmetic complaints, my experience is mediocre at best. I'll definitely be leaving an updated review 12 months from now. read more

Just moved here from California and was taking a gamble signing a lease for an apartment I hadn't set eyes on. Canaan and Casey are amazing, even when I had a few hiccups like needing a work order put in (their apartment maintenance guy was on vacation right before I moved in) they got to it right away when I informed them. Super friendly and helpful, even when I felt like I came in ten times a day to ask the smallest things like how to let my guests in the gate. I feel super safe here and love my apartment, wifi is fast and easy to set up, and I love the perks like valet trash. Worst experience since moving to San Antonio. As soon as I didn't renew I didn't matter as a resident several weeks with a consistent leak in my bathroom only to be fixed the week I was to move out. I also didn't have air conditioning for 2 weeks. One of the maintenance men helped with that thanks to him. read more

Overall, I enjoy living here. The office staff is polite. Maintenance requests are responded to quickly. The community is relatively quiet. It's a nice place to live, but there are numerous added fees that aren't included in the rent amount. You will have to sign up for the Spectrum package they have pre-arranged. But overall one of the nicer and easier-to-live-in apartments I've dealt with. read more

If I could put 0 stars I would. I HIGHLY suggest you ask what "Move in ready" is considered to them and make sure it's actually done before paying. I made the huge mistake of not walking the apartment one more time before paying. What irritated me is 1) how Brenda (leasing agent) said the carpet was brand new and it wasn't as I came to find out later when I really looked at things. I found a stain in the master bedroom, a stain in the second bedroom, and also clumps of hair all along the crown molding where the carpet meets. 2) Angie (property manager) said it looked exceptional. As the property manger she tried to justify multiple things not completed or maintained throughout the apartment. There were cracks in multiple sections of the ceiling, multiple cracks found on the walls in both bedrooms, and visible water damage in the second bathroom on the celling, a leaking toilet and what I'm sure was mold growing underneath that leak, In the master bath there was a big hole right above the shower head. A chipped wall in the kitchen. Stains on pretty much every wall so there was not fresh paint because according to Angies perspective new paint was not needed in that apartment which is funny because when I asked her what move in ready was considered to them she said "Paint, Cleaned, and shampooed carpet." All 3 of which were not done. I was supposed to move in on the 10th of July and Brenda called me to see if I could move in on the first instead. When I went to go look at the apartment after I payed and found all those issues I went to Brenda to ask if they can fix those issues before we moved in & she said it shouldn't be a problem to fix...Now the fact that the maintenance man just PAINTED OVER EVERYTHING goes to show how lazy he is when it comes to getting stuff done the right way..How is painting over a hole considered "accommodating" I have video proof of Angie contradicting herself so many times she was giving excuse after excuse for why the apartment looked so unexceptional. I asked for a simple task of just dusting off the crown molding and instead the maintenance man had the bright idea of putting new paint with out taping down first so he made the problem worse by doing a crap job and getting white paint on the beige walls! BUT WAIT THERES MORE he picked and chose which trim to paint cause he didn't even finish or attempt to even do one of the trims in the living room. When I walked the apartment with Angie and the maintenance man he kept saying "oh it came back," "oh I guess it fell a little" "oh it came back" which leads me to believe he was trying to cover his tracks to not look bad in front Angie. In the second bedroom there was a part of the celling that literally looked like it was fixing to cave in and he just painted over it. I tried telling Brenda in a nice way that it was upsetting that I asked for these things to be done and they were done half ass and me and my boyfriend really wanted to move in and she had to stop me right there and say "we tried to accommodate to you but I will not let you say our maintenance did things half ass". Angie told me I couldn't get my money back bc those were all issues that could be fixed. If they could be fixed then why weren't they fixed the first time I asked? If their way of fixing things is just painting over things then these apartments are literally gonna end up hurting someone. Because Angies excuse for the cracks and holes was "the buildings are old and they shift" well if you know that Angie why not HAVE YOUR MAINTENANCE PEOPLE FIX THOSE ISSUES INSTEAD OF LEAVING THEM OR SIMPLY PAINTING OVER THEM TO TRY AND HIDE THOSE PROBLEMS. I was so blown away at all the excuses she kept giving me if I could post the video of her contradicting herself I would. Instead I'll post some pictures and sorry for the blurry ness I took screenshots of the videos I took. I really don't know how there's so many good reviews about this place unless they all have the same low standards as Angie does or because people are used to disappointment apartment standards then I guess that makes sense but I suggest not renting at this place since they wanna just lie and make excuses for things. read more

Once the new management company took over, it was all about the money. Raised rent from $825 and sent me an offer for $955 to renew, essentially forcing out the residents out. They made it mandatory to get their "technology package" although the service was more expensive and slower than what I was getting with Spectrum. New management is a nightmare, keep away! If they don't get you when you move in, they'll make sure to get you when you leave. read more

Maintenance is incredibly slow. I had problems with my AC and they took forever to come and fix. Upon move out they sent me a statement of accounts for outrageous charges. They charged me for leaving the trash in front even though there was a trash valet service that I pay for. There was a pet cleaning fee that was not disclosed in the lease, I paid for the pet deposit and the 15 dollar extra per month! They said I had to pay for a pet fee to make the space suitable for future inhabitants, that would be reasonable if disclosed in the lease! If not it's a business expense. This place is the worst, please stay away. read more

As a new resident, I cannot express how happy I am with the location and the staff. Tiana Ortiz helped through every step of the process and kept me up-to-date regarding my move-in. She gave me a nice welcome package and was sure to hand deliver it to me which, was a thoughtful touch. I was also provided with reference numbers and reminders for my transition to the new place. Her efficiency was a welcome change from my old apartments. The property is clean, quiet and well maintained. I've met a few tenants in passing and they all mentioned that they lived there for years and never had any issues regarding maintenance repairs or safety. My apartment is super nice with brand new stainless appliances and granite counter tops! I also received an invite for a wine and cheese gathering! Sounds like fun! I am so excited to be here ! The old management team was great. They switched companies our second year living there, and that's when our rent went up and we were charged for amenities that we couldn't opt out of (like valet trash, secure package mailboxes, and paying for amenities that were closed during the pandemic). Sure, they replaced the countertops in the kichen and we got new appliances, but that only added what would have been an extra $700 per month for our third year. Not to mention the time that there was a pornographic photoshoot in the courtyard of the complex, on top of a picnic table, in plain view of all the little eyes living in the surrounding apartments. We asked them politely to leave, and they did - but that sums up the vibe of this place. They also added woodchips in the dog park instead of keeping it as natural grass, so every time it rains, mosquitoes swarm. There are mesquite trees all around the parking areas, so expect a lot of fallen, thorny branches to step on and pitch all over your car. Our mailbox keyhole was changed at one point and we were never notified, so we were left waiting for new keys for a time as well. Upon move out, we were charged a "pet clean" fee, when we never had a pet. The cops were called on us 3 times for noise complaints - 2 of those times we were watching Netflix quietly on the couch, and the other time we weren't even at our apartment! Crazy, right? So yeah, don't move here, unless you like paying too much for a small space and amenities that you can't opt out of. read more
