The fish was cooked perfectly! The seafood chowder had great bites of mussels. The brie was lovely EXCEPT we didn't like that the bread that the brie was on, was placed directly on top of salad with dressing. It made it messy and we did not like the flavour.

The outside of the building definitely draws you in and once you are close enough to look inside there is no turning back. They have a full restaurant as can be seen in the photo I submitted of the outside, but once you enter you realize they are also a full bakery and have a great assortment of all kinds of scones and baked goods as well as many breakfast and lunch items. I ended up getting a cappuccino and slice of a quiche and both were excellent. My wife ended up getting a scone which was also terrific and a latte. We also had an 18 month old with us and we were surprised that they catered well to children and had baby chairs as well. This is a place where it is welcoming and once you sit down, it is hard to leave. Service was friendly and quick and if we were staying in Killarney longer, there would have definitely been a repeat visit to this place. We will look to visit this place on our next trip to Killarney.

Delighted to find all day brunch in Tralee and not only that but they had matcha latte on the menu…read moreand my favourite, eggs Benedict. It was all so good. The eggs cooked perfectly and the service was excellent. Friendly and efficient. I perfect brunch in Tralee highly recommended

We walked by and the coffee smelt so good, decided to do our last breakfast in Tralee here…read more I stuck with my usual of the full Irish and got: - Ashes Sausage: this was darn tasty - Ashes white pudding: if Chicken Pate and Chicken sausages had a love child, this would be it - so good and creamy! Best white pudding eaten on the trip so far! - Killorglin smoked bacon: smoky and crispy and oh so good. My co-diners ordered extra!! - Jack McCarthy black pudding: I tried to take a pic of the ruby-red and purple colour and failed. It was elegant and lovely. - Ardfert free range eggs: the richness and yellow yolks were divine - grilled tomato: decent, might be weakest part of the brekkie - tomato chutney: I licked this clean and got seconds. Perfect blend of spices, onions, tomatoes and sultanas. I would just go and get this and eat it with good Irish cheddar cheese - toast: two different varieties and crisp - freshly roasted filter coffee: fantastically light roast. All for €9,95!! This was the first full Irish breakfast I ate where I walked up and felt perfectly full but not stuffed. The Roast House has my vote for the #1 Irish breakfast in Tralee with Yummy Cafe as #2. We also got tempted by their desserts and the Walnut coffee cake was divine! It had properly fresh cream frosting, whipped light as air, moist cake and we demolished it plus took cappuccino to go. Absolutely recommend and would go again when/if in Tralee again! Note: #275 of Yelp 100 challenge for 2016
