My family member was not informed of this additional first time fee and wasn't charged $50 this separate fee until after the phone call with the agent. When calling back and questioning their additional fee we were told that the fee is discretionary based on the agent. So beware you could be charged it without knowing. I feel like they were charged due to being young. Please make sure to ask on what is being quoted in detail and I feel like this was unprofessional. I will not be referring anyone else to this agency.
