About 6 weeks later I receive a notification from my bank stating my account was overdrawn. After logging in to my account, I see a charge from Market Signs. Reached out to Frank through text for him to wait days to respond. For him to tell me accounting submitted the payment, not him. Funny thing is it's him and his wife. So to make life there 15 people in your company really ticked me off. To top it off after disputing it with my bank, he submits a email as evidence stating I gave permission, which was a legit lie. The only authorization that was given to run my card was for the down payment. My balance was going to be paid using a different card, I hate that this happen considering I've use his business several time over the past three years. For this type of dishonesty to have taken place.
