I've shipped this way with UPS, FedEx, USPS over a dozen times no issues. I come to this location for the first time and scan my label and the lady comes to help me and tells me I can't ship it with the brown paper wrap. I tell her I've shipped over 10 times and she says well I've never see you before. I asked if she could give me a refund then and I'll go ship with UPS and she says no she doesn't give refunds. I just went to another FedEx and asked the manager and she told me I can ship it no problem and was out of the store in minutes. Not only are the workers undertrained, the customers seem to have no idea how to help with efficiency. The employees are very nice and willing to help but it's completely unprofessional that you have to hold the line up to call your boss to ask for pricing! With only two people working, it's completely unfair to the people who simply need to have their packages scanned for drop off to have to wait 45 minutes in line because someone gets up to the counter and takes FOREVER. UPS itself needs to upgrade the inside of this store to be bigger, they need to hire more workers, and if they can implement a self-scan station, that will save everyone so much time and frustration.
