It's great service, I do recommend this place to anyone who wants want to feel like a king. Nora was very good at her job and make you feel like you belong there, she's always make sure everything is right and is very careful to not hurt you. Daisy was the one who give me the deep tissue massage and she's know what she's doing. She has magic hands and she's always asking for any specific areas that's hurts. The place is nice, clean and makes you feel like you have been there before. A bit far for me but it was worth the drive. I will for sure make more appointment in the future. read more

I believe they normally go by appointments, but Daisy was able to fit me into their busy schedule. 10/10 recommend, she left me feeling brand new. I've gotten many massages across the country and internationally as well, this one was one of the tops ones. Deep tissue was very thorough and took care of my many knots. read more

I have never given a 5 star rating to any business, let alone a massage. But this place is literally one of the best places I've ever been to. They both run a GREAT business. My massage was literally the best I've ever had. My trip from Dallas to the Valley was already good but this made it that much better. Great experience! Took my son for a massage because he'd been suffering from some back pain. The ladies were so nice and they made sure my son was comfortable and even gave him advice on what to do at home to help him with his sciatic pain. They were very informative and welcoming, I'm definitely taking my son back and even myself because bonus they have services for women too. read more

More than anything, I wanted to see how nail salons were changing and adapting due to Covid-19. I was happy to receive a confirmation text that explained the precautions they were taking and what I was to expect during my visit as a client; this put me quite se ease. They told me to have a mask on and wait in my car until they texted me to let me know my technician was ready. I'm glad I remembered my mask! I noticed that clients weren't allowed to touch nail polishes, you would point to bottle and technician would take bottles and place them at your service station. The no touching anything made me very happy. That means they are being extra cautious. My technician was also wearing gloves, a mask, and shield during the whole service. It seemed uncomfortable but definitely necessary. I was very happy with my service overall. Brenda, my nail technician was very attentive and thorough. There was a mis communication, I had booked time for a mani/pedi and told them I'd need extra time because of the condition of my nails but I was only scheduled for pedi. As soon as Brenda made them aware of the situation they did re-arrange the schedule and gave me extra time. I paid 80.00 dollars for my service and I was very pleased. Good service takes time, care, and extra attention. These ladies know how to take care of you. La Posada Spa offers CND products which I learned from my regular nail expert Michelle at Pewter Nails in Reno are the best. Thank you Brenda and thank you La Posada Spa. I will see you all again when I'm back in the area.

Horrible place. Not professional. They ask for money upfront online before they supposedly meet you. A real professional business would offer courtesy, kindness, and professional service. This is not a family oriented business. In fact, they were very defensive over the phone. It was almost as if they have something to hide. They are also located in a very shady area. They simply refuse to see you unless you give them money online first. I don't even know them. They could be a scam! It might be a cultural thing or maybe even racist people. This spa is amazing in all fronts. I had a last minute body wax before my wedding and was very impressed by the quality of service provided. I felt very comfortable throughout the process for two main reasons: use of best practice and human connection. Communication is very important to me and that was addressed multiple times in case any adjustments were needed, but I never had to vocalize as it was already being practiced.
