I called Dr Pearson and the rest is history! I would not go to anyone else ever! She is the most caring, thorough, friendly person. Not only does she listen to ME, but she goes a step further to make sure she understands what I am trying to tell her. At 10 AM a woman came and stood in front of the receptionist for 5 minutes without being acknowledged at all. The woman asked to be seen early for her 10:30AM appointment. They told her sure. In that 30 minutes they could have seen me. If I could give o zero star I would.

He never called. I had to chase him down hours before my appointment, only to be told I'd already signed the paperwork and would owe a no-show fee if I skipped it -- even though he never gave me the price he'd promised. When I pushed back, he raised his voice at me. I caved and took the cash-pay discount just to be done with it.I paid that in full. Weeks later, a surprise $550 bill showed up that no one warned me about. I was so done dealing with this office I just paid it rather than fight it again.The test itself came back completely normal, and no one from the practice ever called to explain the results or discuss next steps -- I had to look them up myself. I have to say that recently the care received from them has not been good. I just had an annual physical conducted by Mary and felt the visit was rushed. Although there are signs posted everywhere that annual well visits should only be that with no mention of other things such as not feeling well, I did mention at the visit that I have not been feeling good for a long while. The conversation was brushed off and I allowed that to happen because I knew I would be getting a full blood panel completed. When the results were received I learned that the white blood cell count was very low and had been that way for an entire year! While this physician group is generally pretty good I feel they have failed me. I had been to that office many times during that one year span for various reasons and no one thought to check previous bloodwork or anything in my file to get to the bottom of why I was not feeling good. What is the point of doing physical exams each year if you cannot go in and discuss any concerns you may have and notice about your general health? It also concerns me that there are many older people who do not manage well with technology and yet they force a new app on all patients to get their results from tests. The quality of care just did not seem up to par on my last visit and they should do better. Mary should do better.

You'll get personalized customer service. I've found that Jenny recognizes me, even when I'm taking my daughters in for an appointment. My whole family (of 4) have all had separate appointments with Dr. Wu and agree that he's a very friendly and informative doctor. PRICE Dr Wu's office has a very reasonable pricing structure. I've found that the initial visit is around $120 or so, and subsequent visits can be lower in price. Be sure to ask any questions about insurance in advance, to avoid any surprises about the bill.
