The decor is not relaxing, inviting, nor modern in any way. As is typical at a low-cost manicurist, there is no one at reception. Today I am meeting a friend. We wish to have our nails done together. Before I can sit and wait for her, the man at a manicurist desk directly opposite the entrance tells me to sign in. I explain I am waiting for a friend, and since we would like our nails done at the same time I am waiting for her. He is forceful and sassy AF. He tells me, "No, you will sign in and sit down now. That way you won't have to wait. But you will not sign in for your friend, and you're not waiting around here. Hmmmm. Ok. I brushed this off. Sat down. Got bored. Started taking pictures. I saw the airbrush designs on the wall and was admiring them. The same manicurist says, "Don't bother. We don't offer airbrush anymore." Hmmmm. Ok. I sat down, wondering why a frame of airbrush designed acrylic nails that have been carefully cataloged is hung on the wall if they don't offer airbrush designs. Some suggestions: (1) UPGRADE YOUR HVAC/AIR FIKTRATION SYSTEMS. Seriously basic shit here, guys. It's expensive, but worth every penny. (2) Consider investing in a remodel. You have nice wood walls on the entrance wall and a nice baby blue wall on the opposite side. Try switching out the horrible, musty carpet for vinyl laminate flooring that mimics the wood. Put that throughout the whole place. Change your spray painted America stars to match the neat / unique pattern you have over the entry way. Take down every cliche / gaudy accent you have on the walls now. Thrift shop for more unique, matching pieces to hang. Clean the cluttered appearance that is your reception desk, and have an ACTUAL receptionist. Where your useless airbrush photo frame is, create bios with pictures of your employees. It's a unique touch that looks professional, builds relationships, and fills wall space. Declutter that beautiful sun room area you have an find a way to utilize it. It's literally a waste of your mortgage / rent to have it filled with what appears to be trash. (3) Super cool to be sassy, not SUPER cool to be rude. Don't be rude. When my friend was delayed, I ended up leaving without having my nails done. The atmosphere is too off-putting to be there just because.

I contacted the owner, sent her pictures of what I wanted and a picture of what I got. She never got back to me about it. Did not offer to redo my hair to correct it. Nothing!! Very unprofessional in my opinion to leave a customer as upset and unhappy as I was. She could have offered a refund but did not.
