My family and I have been going to Posh for years, and we're always pleased with the results, regardless of which stylist works with us. I love the open, airy environment. (So many other salons have such bad lighting.) The reception staff is always pleasant and helpful (especially Brayden), and I appreciate the periodic discounts on products so that we can stock up when there's a sale. read more

To be fair, I've had a good experience in Posh prior to this last event. However, I believe it was due to the beautician I had at that time. Not necessarily the facility itself. I called & set up an appointment with Katie S. for my daughter to get her hair cut prior to going back to school. My daughter went in with shoulder length hair, all same length. She came out with a layered mullet, one side of her bangs were 1.5 inches shorter than the other side. The back of her hair has layers about an inch from the crown of her scalp. I couldn't believe the cut, but didn't want to react without seeing how my daughter felt about the cut. She's heartbroken. Not a cut my daughter asked for & now she has to face going into a new year with this haircut. I went in to talk to the manager/ stylist. I was told they would call. No call. Went in again and spoke with Tia G.. Tia offered to fix it by cutting more or by charging for extensions. No apology from the stylist. No sincere solution. We no longer trust this facility & will never be back. read more

I was EXTREMELY dissatisfied for my bridal trial. Save yourself the heartbreak and time and go somewhere else!!! My hair was not how I wanted, which was not going to be the same gal, however it still should have been more put together. My makeup would have been just fine if my skin didn't look chalky and if the lipstick was on my lips. All posh could do is for me to come back in and redo the trial and not refund the $155 for the trial, that was not discussed in the email when I asked for a trial. I'm so glad I had the trial to avoid the heartbreak I would have at my wedding next month. My friends love the esthetician's there, but I would skip everything else. read more

I hired Posh to do hair for our wedding party on the morning of our wedding! They were very easy to work with, extremely flexible, on time, and efficient! Went for a spray tan for my special day and it wasn't working after I arrived. They claimed once they got it fixed they would call for a free one. Never been called yet. The girl cut my hair so horrendously I wore a hat until i was able to have it fixed. Cut WAY too much hair and wasn't even close to what i had shown her. She needs to go back to school! read more

While posh was simple to make an appointment with I definitely will not be returning. Took my 3 daughters in for haircuts (2 got graphics into their hair & 1 didn't) The two girls that got graphics had Terry & the other had Nikki (I believe that was her name) Nikki was great! But Terry I was very unimpressed with. Our appointment was scheduled for 12:30 she didn't pull the first girl back till 1pm she was super quick with her & did an okay job she definitely cut my daughters hair way shorter than I wanted but luckily hair grows back. Then when she got to the second girl she took forever, she gave this daughter suckers & two pops without asking if was okay first (we limit our kids' sweets & stuff due to medical conditions) & neither of the other girls were offered anything (ages are 6 & twin 7 year olds) so the other girls were very upset. The salon is crammed with lots of products & is definitely some place that isn't really suited for children or people who feel claustrophobic by any means because everywhere you turn there are products & not much room to move around in the waiting area. Once Terry finished with all the kiddos I had to wait another 15ish minutes for them to fix the bill because I guess the graphics weren't added so in total we were there over 2 hours it was a completely exhausting, unimpressive, & overwhelming experience read more

First off I would like to say i'm usually the quiet person who even if not happy smiles and says thank you and gives a tip as if I love it . But this place can't seem to get it right. I have had my hair done a couple times at posh and it has never turned out even close to what i was hoping for. The last time i went for a haircut I let the stylist know i wasn't happy and instead of trying to fix it she said next time i come in will come up with a new idea, "K" shouldn't we have tried to fix it at that moment since i was there. Since that hair day I now drive an hour to a new salon which is much better at Hair! This 1 star review is being written from all the bad hair experiences i have had but now very driven by a waxing experience. Since posh is close to were i live I decided to at least give the salon a chance after all the bad hair times for at least a eyebrow waxing. Oh boy never again! First off when i laid down i was never asked how i wanted my eyebrows waxed. Fast-forward when she was done she never handed me a mirror to see them and I had to quickly glance at them in the stand up mirror in the very dim room before She followed me out and I tipped her with very little knowledge of how they really looked. Once i got to the car and the light hit them and i couldn't believe how un-even they were and how she decided i didn't need my left brow anymore. I though full brows were in and no longer did I have to worry about the over waxed and plucked look from salons but apparently this place does what they know and don't care to do anything else. I am done with this salon. Past appointments were always running late 30 minutes or more. Tonight, I had a 6:00 pm appointment that was rescheduled from June 12. Showed up at 5:45pm and was checked in. Stood in the waiting area wandering around for 45 minutes because there was no seating in the waiting area due to covid precautions so I went to my car to sit down. Was contacted by phone stating my appointment was at 5:00, not 6 and that they would not be able to provide any service and would need to reschedule. I went inside to reschedule and asked why I wasn't told this when I checked in. I was informed that they had a new person. They said the next availability was 2 weeks out. They didn't even attempt to work me in with someone else. When I got home, I found the clarification that my original appointment was 6:00. I guess my business is of no importance to them. THE WORST WAXING JOB EVER! I am a veteran body waxer and seriously this poor girl had no idea what she was doing. I had asked for a simple bikini wax...nothing major. Not only was it incredibly painful since she used soft wax instead of hard wax, all of the lines were completely uneven. Instead of a inverted triangle or a landing strip...i was left with a trapezoid. She also ignored my request for how I would like to have my eyebrows done and therefore completely ruined them. When I spoke to the salon owner, she was rude to me and acted like I did not know what i was talking about and acted like I was wasting her time. This girl has a lot to learn about waxing, and the salon owner needs to listen and be more respectful to its clients. NEVER GO HERE FOR A WAX!!!! read more

Do yourself a favor, pick up the phone and make an appointment at Posh. Personally I recommend Perri, although all are highly trained and are fine tuned follicle cutting Picasso's. Once your stylist comes to get you from the peaceful waiting room, you're free to take a deep breath and relax. The next 45 minutes to an hour are all about YOU. Chit chat about whatever comes to mind, get something off your chest or just shoot the breeze while your hair is being finely manicured. The best part is next..the scalp massage! It happens in the midst of a refreshing shampoo and rinse. All you have to do is close your eyes and try to stay awake while all the stress and worry melt away. Once back to the chair the final touches are made to complete the masterpiece. You're relaxed, looking fine and ready to take on the world. Thanks Posh!! read more

I bought my daughter a gift certificate for Christmas, she scheduled a massage, salt scrub and pedicure. She said the massage was more or less having lotion rubbed on her, no massaging to it. The salt scrub did exfoliate her skin and left it softer, but it was painful. The pedicure was awful, not relaxing or enjoyable, the tech did not clean up any of the "extra" polish she left on the skin around the toenails, missed spots on some of the nails then ate her lunch while the polish was drying. I was babysitting so I saw the poor paint job myself. I would not recommend this spa. Solutions does a much better job and is always professional, this was cheaper but NOT worth the money. read more

Yesterday, I was so excited. I have only had my hair colored professionally a couple times. I felt good and that I could splurge on myself just for once, and needless to say that completely backfired. I wanted my hair done before I left on vacation just so I could feel good about myself. After 3 hours and $143 dollars later, I left Posh Salon, hating my hair. The lines were horrible and looked nothing similar to the original picture. So, today I went back into Posh to explain that I was unsatisfied. I told them I wanted it fixed. Only to find the manager to be extremely rude. She continually told me that it did in fact look as close to the picture as my stylist could have got it yesterday. She told me that I should be grateful that the stylist stayed after her scheduled shift to do my hair, and that if I wanted it fixed I would have to pay additionally. I was not going to pay when I already had spent such a high dollar the day before to get it to look nothing like what I wanted. After telling her numerous times I was unsatisfied, She agreed to let someone color it for free but would NOT blow dry it. She said that would cost extra. Yesterday, I went in with red hair , today after 4 hours of work and down $143 I have the same red hair that I wanted to change originally, only this time I had to leave with wet hair while its snowing and only 32 degrees. I'm so extremely upset and hurt that the manager at Posh thought that was acceptable. I will not be returning to Posh for any future service. read more
