When I immediately brought this to the company's attention, they made a weak effort to investigate and did not offer to compensate me. Instead they dropped me from their service as if nothing had happened. Between the inconsistent cleaning, constant price increases, and lack of accountability in a serious situation, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. UPDATE: I did immediately file a police report, but the police declined to take further action. The fact remains: my watch went missing while TCA's employees were in my home, and the company took no real steps to resolve it. Their "investigation" was limited to asking the cleaners if they took it. In my view, this is not how a responsible company handles theft that occurs under their care.
