I cannot say enough amazing things about Chandler at Rapid Printing Press! She is incredibly creative, patient, and talented, and truly goes above and beyond for her customers. Chandler has done several signs and posters for my sons' graduation parties over the years, and every single one has been fantastic. Most recently, she helped me with something especially meaningful. My older son received a stretched canvas image as his varsity senior gift, and my middle son did not. I was really hoping to recreate that keepsake for him, so I brought the image into Rapid Printing Press. Within just two days, Chandler emailed me a proof. Even though the color wasn't an exact match to the original, she took the time to work with me, and I ended up ordering both versions. The final result was absolutely beautiful. What meant even more to me is that she saved the design so that when my youngest graduates, I can order the exact same canvas as a memorable keepsake for him as well. This was all done right before Christmas Eve, and I could not have been happier or more impressed with the quality, care, and turnaround time. I dropped in to get a quote on some calendars. They said they were busy, so it would take a couple of days to get a quote. No problem. After a week, I called and left a message asking when I would get my quote. A week later, they still hadn't returned my call. So, I found another local printer who gave me a quote on the spot and got my calendars done in a couple of days. There's no point in going to Rapid Press if they are so disinterested in new business that they can't even be bothered to give you a quote. read more

I think they were trying to put me off, because I just wanted business cards and they were not making much on it. I designed the card how I wanted it, and they got it backwards and did not put my cell number on it. This was after waiting for days. I told them they got it wrong so they did it over and after a couple days again they did not put my shop number on it. When I told them about it they were rude and said I was not their only customer. I was on a deadline because I had meetings with potential customers and had to cancel because I wanted to look professional and leave a card. It was going to take over a week to get these printed, so I cancelled after I missed my meetings. Other printers offer same day service and were half the price, but my wife wanted to support a local woman owned business. So use your own discretion . read more
