I have been using this company for labels over three years and unfortunately the quality and service to detail has gone down (While at the same time price has gone up). When I first began with them they would notice minor details that were off and would actually let me know to try to get corrected, not just send me a delayed proof to review quickly. Here's what I did- I purchased my own blank invitations (shout out Hobby Lobby) and drafted a word Doc with the image/writing I wanted. This place is so amazing I lost my grandfather and had no idea where or how to print hand outs for his service. After several days off frustration I decided to look on Yelp. I messaged another place as well as Alpha and received a response within the hour. The owner told us he would be able to help us out and to send him the template we had. We sent it and he was able to confirm pricing immediately. Did I mention this was a Saturday after hours? They went in front of a computer to open up my file to review on a weekend when they were closed. Wow. My mother handled the rest but told me they were incredibly professional and quick to respond making a really sad and difficult task a lot easier. They answered every single question and did countless modifications in order to meet our specs. The owner, Matt, got back to me extremely quickly and said that he was able to get the job done before the day's end!
