We've used them multiple times during our remodel over the last 18 months and every job was completed with outstanding quality and professionalism. They installed a complete new heating and A/C system, along with new ducting and dryer venting. They also ran 100 feet of iron pipe for propane, installed a gas oven and pellet stove, both with proper venting, and even repaired our commercial refrigerator/cooler. I try to support local businesses, but sometimes you are forced to go elsewhere. With Alpine AC Heating & Sheet Metal I Requested sheet metal z-bar fabrication, 4 simple pieces, 1 hour worth of work. Provide the drawing. Told they would doing it right away. After 4 working days I followed up with a call and was told it be done by tomorrow and I would be called when ready. After 3 more working days tried calling, no answer and left a message. No return call. Followed up with 2 more calls with no one answering. Bottom line, bad customer service read more
