I told them I'm a good customer and have a couple jackets, several pants and tops so it didn't need to be a quick repair. Over a month laterr, I stopped in the store and asked about the status of the pants and they said they changed their policy and they never sent them in. They didn't call me or let me know that they no longer will fix DEFECTS with their product and that I need to deal with it myself. I WILL NEVER BUY KJUS AGAIN. Horrible service!! You can either order online at blacktieskis.com or call them at 979-748-8552 (Vail/Beaver Creek). So what makes this biz so awesome? 1. Free delivery - we booked the 6:00pm slot and they came to the house right on time! They'll even come back and pick your stuff up when you're done! 2. In-room fitting - their expert ski techs made sure all of our equipment was right and my snowboard was fitted correctly. If not, they come prepared with extra gear just in case. 3. They've got dope slope side service! - thankfully we didn't need it, but just in case...they'll meet you on the slopes and make any changes/adjustments/replacements, etc! They offer different packages to fit all (kiddos too) and if you've got your own boots they'll subtract $4.00/day from any ski or board package! Bottom line...best service EVER and they're located in so many other awesome resort locations, so be sure check out their website!

No matter if I was going to buy or not, the owner informed me at length about a particular work when I asked. My funky little family walked through (2 funky teenage daughters and me) and no one gave us a bad look or sideways sneer. If I had the money, I'd buy a few paintings from this place as I loved some of them. There is enough of a variety to please many tastes. Prices seemed to range from $4500 up to $64,000, so I assume if you buy here, you know what you are doing. Pleasant experience; museum-quality work.
