Went out for a 1-mile run and had to stop because they caused severe pain in both feet. I went in and asked for an even exchange and not my money back. They told me that their store policy is no returns if the shoe was worn outside. They are brand new shoes and they refused an even exchange for another pair. As you can see on the receipt, it clearly states 14-day return policy. Needless to say, I will never buy from this place again. I've never visited a shoe store with a 1-day no-return policy. I will be shopping in Carbondale's Independence Run and Hike store from now on. They have a reasonable return policy. I should have gone there in the first place. Lesson learned.

They had an awesome 50% off sale and I walked out with three beautiful items including a striped long sleeve shirt and a beige 100% wool long sweater with warm colored stripes, both of which look different than anything I've seen for purchase online or in any other stores. I also got a nice pair of green khaki shorts I can wear hiking or as every day casual digs. The sweater is so beautiful and warm with high quality wool that doesn't itch. Ross is the only anchor left inside, plus 3 other businesses. Which are All Delicious(last place to eat at inside), West Wind Smoke Shop, and Famous Footwear. Nothing else is left inside. The 2 stars are mainly since the interior is very well preserved, the fact I liked the color changing ceiling light in the main hallway leading up to Ross, and excluding JCPenney(drywalled over) you can see all the original storefronts otherwise. I don't think this mall will be open once whenever Ross' lease expires, so enjoy this mall while you still can. If you want a lively mall, look elsewhere like Mesa Mall in Grand Junction.
