I was referred to him several years ago by the U of M Peds head docter at that time. He saw me the same day as the referral. I did have to wait 20 minutes but it was the same day I asked for the referral and they were working me in because of the issue I had. He has continued to treat me with kindness and expertise. The staff are professional and helpful. A smile and a kind word goes a long way. Many patients are scared, anxious and therefore short tempered so consider the mood you were in and the attitude you presented. I give high ratings to this clinic and the staff.
