I needed to match some wood and cut several pieces for a toe kick. Dave in lumber was super helpful and cut all the pieces to size.

We have an apartment that needed painting and we could not find the original paint. We brought in a piece of drywall and asked Mike to see if he could match it. Would never go through this company again. Took 4 months to get our door. My bf had called and emailed multiple times and no answer. Finally in April the guy tells me oh we got it and it was damaged in transit but hadn't ordered a new one until I called him. Door comes in a couple weeks with only one bore hole. It's a front door it needs two We also paid for shipping but they sent one guy with no trolley so my boyfriend had to help the guy bring the door in.My bf had sent him the dimensions in December but he tried to tell me that's not what he got in his email. He comes and gets the door and has a new one made. Takes about 3 weeks. New door comes and the leave it at our front door not even ringing the doorbell or to tell us it's here. They just lay it on the ground. When I talked to the guy in April he said it would come with holes drilled for the hinges which it did not and I do not own a drill or know how to properly do that. There was also a smear of blood on the door which is disgusting. After all this my boyfriend called the manager and has left two voicemails. It's been over a month and no one has called to apologize or even off to help install the door. Do not use this company ever read more

I wish they had a little bit more patience for the average customer. Maybe they need a sign on the front door that says contractors only.

The front desk staff was Very friendly and willing to Point me in the right Direction. Unfortunately it was straight into Robyn's office, who was absolutely no help and quite rude. She was not there to help me. I should've read these reviews before I walked in there. I will spend my money else where. read more

Love working with these guys. I bought windows and they gave me a quote, I ordered the windows and the next time they contacted me they let me know that the window manufacturer had lowered their price. I imagine most companies would have kept the difference but they passed it on to me. I'm a fan. read more
