Definitely the cleanest gym out there! Staff is great. The recovery downstairs is worth the pass alone

Got a circular in the mail from Alpine PT , which'd talked about the ART and Graston techniques.

I worked with him for over a year until he left NY, and I was very sorry to see him go. He worked steadily with me at my pace, gently nudging me along with encouragement and good humor, and always understanding the limitations of my 55-year-old body, but not letting me use those limitations as an excuse. I have learned so much from Adam, and thanks to training with him regularly, I have become so much stronger, with greatly improved muscle tone as well as a distinct improvement in my cardio strength. I am now a better skier and a better bicyclist. I still work with him long-distance, and it has been a very rewarding relationship. I have had several trainers in the past, and none of them were even half as good as Adam. I highly recommend Adam as a trainer.

I just moved to the area, so I've been searching for a new group workout spot for me to frequent. I…read moresaw that Legends offers one free workout for new peeps, so I reached out to them to set up a time to come in with my BF. I used to be a member at an MMA gym where they held kickboxing for fitness classes, and I found Legends class to be so much better. I really liked: - how they focus on different areas of the body each day (upper body the day we went). - the classes are the same all day no matter if you come in the AM or PM, so you never miss out. - different punches are numbered and posted largely on the wall near the punching bags -- so it's easy to follow if the instructor shouts out combos in #s. - Tiffany was out instructor, and she was really attentive, helpful, friendly and motivational. I wish all workout instructors were like her. She knows her stuff. - they teach people how to actually box in the fitness class, so you can aim to spar when they deem you ready. - they model combos after actual fights, and play short video clips for people to watch the big dogs actually do the combos you're about to do. - the upper body focus portion around the ring kicked my butt. Very much needed! - they write out details of the workout on a whiteboard, so you're not guessing what's going to happen next. - Tiffany, Berklee (house manager?), and other class patrons actually talked to my BF and I, congratulating us for getting through the class at the end. Normally fighting gyms are not so welcoming, so this was very much appreciated. FYI -- they do not do kickboxing here, but I was still the most sore I've been in a long, long time. I LOVED this gym. Highly recommend for anyone who is thinking about it.

I have a shoulder injury, and previously have had rotator cuff problems solved by physical therapy. Somehow it got injured some months ago. I had rotator cuff problems with my other shoulder resulting in surgery. I was attracted to this ad because it is a non-surgical answer to my shoulder injury. I've received 4 treatments and have had relief already. Looking forward to more treatments. The office staff is very welcoming. The whole office has a welcoming vibe. I recommend this office. And if you are in need of treating physical maladies, I recommend seeing a chiropractor first as they are more open to procedures and treatments that work instead of going the pharmaceutical surgical route. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!
