I don't think customer service is in their training manual…read more To be honest the attitude I was given was so rude on a basic human level. I had to order multiple times through their online system to no avail. I got the text messages. I got the email confirmation, but after waiting 4 hours I was told (like you would speak to a snotty child) that they did not receive the order and could not look up my order by using my phone number, address, or order number. Then, I can hear on the other end of the phone that one of the staff members found my order, at which point I was told that it might get to me by the end of the evening but could possibly be another 2 hours. I completely understand that you all are busy, but that doesn't give you the right to dismiss folks like they are trash. From here I decided to request a refund. When I asked for a receipt I was told that they don't know how to do that....it's 2020 folks I can attend a zoom gender reveal party but I can't get a refund receipt emailed to me? Friends--when you know better, you do better. Be kind to your neighbours and your customers. Coming from a place of compassion is a choice. I hope everyone else has a pleasant experience.
