My shop was fairly early in the day between 9 and 10 AM and not many shoppers yet but still a fair number in the time I was checking all the shelves. They carry cookware, bakeware, bread making products, books, teas, chocolates, extracts and compounds, preserves, canning supplies, mixers, cake stands, serveware, kitchen linens, aprons and so much more. The server said that they've opened similar restaurants in larger cities like Toronto but Edmonton is their first venture into a "smaller market". My bennie was good. My only criticism is that a special house ketchup would have been a nice touch. The service was excellent and we had a nice view of Gateway Blvd out the window. The coffee includes endless refills which is good because the cups were not very large.
