We bought a vape and it didn't work and tried to return it for replacement and was told to come back when the manager was onsite Saturday and Sunday. I called sunday, because I missed the time on saturday when the manager was in and was shocked and appalled by the disrespect and nastiness from the so called manager. The guy who help us seemed nice, a bit toasted and didn't mention that we needed to try the product before left the story, and she said "that's not her problem, because there is a sign by the register". She kept cutting me off when I tried to tell her that we were not at the register when we paid and didn't see the sign. I was blow away and asked for her name and she hung up on me! I can see if I was yelling at her, but I was not, I was in disbelief that she was nasty and then hung up on me. I've been coming here for years. It used to be a nice little place. It had what you wanted at a…read moregood price and very friendly staff. However, the last few years they have really slacked off on their inventory. They don't have what people want thus sending them elsewhere to find it, and they run out of stock on a weekly basis. The staff is still friendly, but I wonder what they're doing now. Now when you walk in, you don't know if you're in some new age trans meditation Crystal worshiping center, a movie theater, or a place that sells used records. It might be a shock to them to know that not everyone that uses tobacco products is a new age worshiper. Heck, some of us enjoy classical music and love Christ.
