I started going here when they were located at their other location. I forget the owners name, but I loved her. She was always so kind an accommodating, and never pressured me into buying something I don't need. So I can really only speak from my past experiences while dealing with the shop and their service. They have since moved, and I have only been in once or twice. They have a nice setup, I saw tv's and game consoles setup for people to relax and vape the day away while resting. So it looks good, and still only dealt with her. So I will always recommend this place to new possibly people to quit smoking. I don't really go into shops like this, as buying online will always be cheaper. This has also become a hobby for me, so I buy alot and prefer the variety that you can only find online. I have tried vapor cabanas house juices and I was never a fan. But that's my personal taste. I've heard from others they love it, so I can't fault the shop for that. But in summary. If you have never used a Hyde product, save yourself the poor experience. I went to this place to get a disposable (I know they're the worst thing to buy). I have been slowly trying to quit, thus, gradually lowering my nicotine strength to 0%. I purchased one and it was burnt. No problem, they didn't mind giving me another. The next 4 I tried were all burnt... I just told them I'll just take my money back and not get anything. "It's against our policy". I haven't even left the store yet. I came in, tried 5, they were all expired, there were no more of the specific vape I came to buy. It's against the policy to refund an item that was defective, even if you validate the device AT THE REGISTER! The manager wouldn't even look me in the eye to tell me this BS. Looking straight at his socks telling me he can't give back the money I gave him literally two minutes ago! 710 Vapor, even Tobacco King has higher quality items for CHEAPER!! Vapor Cabana is catered to kids who don't know better. They literally buy the most colorful items haha. Please do not go here.
