I took my lawnmower to Specialty Service Unlimited for repair on October18, 2024. I had to call and go to the company serval times for update on my lawnmower. In November, 2024 they said, "it's near the holidays", December 2024 their tech quit and they are behind with work, January 2025 "they placed the order for the parts." On February 4, 2025 I called them again, they told me, "Ryobi will not cover this repair tabs or side @ handles are broken and bolts have been installed deck is wallered out." When I brought the mower almost 4 months ago, no documentation of any bolt installation was noted anywhere. This is my worse experience with a service company. I wish I can give them zero star.
