I needed a part for my Ryobi fan. I called the extended warranty division three times, spent over an hour with a chat machine and was told to call the manufacturer. By chance, I called the Ryobi service enter in Warner Robins. Lana took my call and solved my problem in less than 10 minutes. She saved the day. She was very knowledgeable and so helpful. I was having problems with my Ryobi push electric lawnmower. Ryobi recommended I send it to their service contractor, Specialty Service Unlimited. I took my lawnmower to Specialty Service Unlimited for repair on October18, 2024. I had to call and go to the company serval times for update on my lawnmower. In November, 2024 they said, "it's near the holidays", December 2024 their tech quit and they are behind with work, January 2025 "they placed the order for the parts." On February 4, 2025 I called them again, they told me, "Ryobi will not cover this repair tabs or side @ handles are broken and bolts have been installed deck is wallered out." When I brought the mower almost 4 months ago, no documentation of any bolt installation was noted anywhere. This is my worse experience with a service company. I wish I can give them zero star. read more

Terrible, took two Ryboi tools by for repair, one under warranty the other out of warranty. They didn't call be about any of the repairs for 3 or more months, when I was finally able to catch up with them they didn't remember about the tools at all, I gave them the claim numbers for both the tools and they checked and found out that the parts were on back order. After waiting again for several weeks longer and no follow up call, I called back and they said that they would request from Ruobi a replacement tool for the first tool as it was under the warranty. I'm still waiting on the second tool and to date haven't heard anything nor have I received my tool back. Sad to say this is the only Ryobi service repair center for the Warner Robinson area. read more

Many years ago, I took in a Craftsman push mower that was garage kept and in excellent condition (like new). I had bent the shaft. He told me it would not be economically wise to get it fixed. I could get a new one about the same money. So. after I paid him for looking at it and deciding not to proceed with repair, he then asks me if i am going to leave it with him........Ummmmm, no. He was probably going to fix it and keep it or sell it. I recently sold it for $60 as is. Did he think I was stupid? When he basically asked if he could have it, I lost all desire to ever use that repair shop ever again. read more

Honestly, the worst business I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I gave them my part number and model number of a zero turn mower I have. They looked it up and ordered 2 tires and 2 belts. They ordered the wrong items and I paid 270$ for the items. The items I needed were cheaper and they would not replace my items with the correct items. read more

These people do not care about your time at all, every time I call its either busy tone, out to lunch or "haven't gotten to it yet" been down for 3 months for a warranty repair it's ridiculous all they have to do it turn it on and see that it doesn't work. read more

Brought my self-propelled mower to this place in mid-October. By the end of February they had not looked at it, and had stored it outside (weeds were growing up through it when I went to get it back). Absolutely zero customer service at this place, they simply do not care about your business or your equipment. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. read more
