Essentially, a solid place to shop if you live in Vienna and often has some good bargains . Service is generally efficient and courteous enough (especially for Vienna).

Although the Apotheke Zur Kaiserkrone is really big, tooth brush clean and highly stacked with…read moreanything and everything from the common cold to diaper rash; the customers lines inside were almost unbearable every time I go there. I saw atleast 4 people walk in see the lines and walk out. And even though the apotheke has about 8 cashiers the lines are still long and slow. I really do believe some extra type of organization need to be installed to make the work flow easier. In all the extravagant drugstore is highly recommended and always busy. If the waiting time would be less that 20 minutes I would give it a 4 star.
