It had rich wooden counter tops, brass and bronze fixtures, and a level of care and service like I've never experienced from most pharmacies! They had everything in Austrian, and the clerk wasn't the best with English, but we got the messages across with international sign language. Fortunately, chemical names of drugs apply internationally, and we got everything figured out. One of the other customers stepped in and helped when there was a bit of misunderstanding, but it all worked out! They had everything that we needed. The prices were nowhere near what you find at the local CVS or Walgreens. Parking is challenging, with only parking on the street.

The bottom line is their products are the highest quality. Thus you can expect to pay a pretty penny if you want to get results. Many pharmacies today offer cheap and quick solutions which aren't necessarily the best for your body. I also purchased some Voltaren as this product is not accessible within the United States. It is ideal for athletic injuries and joint pain after an acute or prolonged injury. From the various pharmacies in Vienna this one was by far my favorite.
