I had to wait 30min after my appointment because no one would help me. I work in the health field and know an injection only takes 5min max to prep and administer. I had to ask multiple times when I would be seen. It wasn't until I threatened to leave then they took me back for my injection. No apology was given. Would not recommend. What's the point of making an appointment if I still had to wait 30 min to be seen.
