Vantage was bought out by Alta Equipment and this place is a joke. The service department has no one who actually can fix your equipment. They said my machine would be fixed in a week and 10k later its not fixed and its been over 3 months. Other customers have the same experience. Ive been lied to by Ryan Curtis and the Service department read more

Can you get parts cheaper somewhere else? Sure, you can get that cheap belt from Amazon or Napa at half the price but don't get upset if it doesn't fit right or breaks prematurely. So I returned the next afternoon asking for a refund thinking no problem. I was told they will exchange for the right size now or I can have store credit then lastly I can get my money back but with a 20% restocking fee. Since none of this was my fault I believe my money back shouldn't be a issue but after talking to the owner which is a pos. I had to take the money back minus 20% which was just shy of $50. The employee made a honest mistake i get that but why does the customer have to pay for that not to mention i found the same exact belt for $72 at another store. So they over charge then rob you. I hope no one else goes there place has been falling apart for years. Wonder why
