It was covered in slush and road salt, Customer service offered no remedy and a weak apology. It seems they could have covered it or waited till spring to bring back. Also, we recently called customer service because the brake handle broke off. After no response after several hours we contact the main office. We were told it would take several weeks before service we could get it serviced. When the Cazenovia NY location was locally owned we had excellent service.

Even the times when they were busy, they called someone to the front to help. The most recent time I visited, the gentlemen who helped me showed me that there was nothing wrong with the item I thought was broken and was trying to replace. He explained what to do to make it work. I went back home and he was right. It worked and I didn't need the new part.
