I live in a small development behind the Clay store I shop occasionally mostly for convenience…read morehardware tools etc. however the parking lot is not lit at 5pm overhead sign never turned on that's outside, inside bathrooms are disgusting in general through out the store floors are not clean trash overflowing now last night 5:15 I did a walkthrough looking at woodworking tools I am shadowed by three employees okay I get it that is your loss prevention program everything Runnings sells I can get from Amazon in a day or 2 something is not right in this store employees are not very friendly and wander around aimlessly. In the old days of real retail, the store manager was on the floor meet greet and direct not here. Sadly I will take my money elsewhere.

In fact, they were a day late. *They kept my tractor for 7 weeks for routine annual service. *Once again=, they gave me a delivery date but would not give any estimate of a time. *Once again, they did not deliver it on the day promised. *When it was delivered, it was covered in snow. The driver told me that it had been left outside in a snowstorm. *They do NOT ever answer the phone. I called at least 20 times and never got a pick up. They will never see my lawn mower again!

This includes everything from Farm Tractors and Equipment to lawn equipment and other items. In the last couple of years alone, we have spent in excess of $400,000 with Sydenstricker and Nobbe Partners. Recently, we purchased a new Unit from them and had an attachment we considered trading in. To Note the attachment was never used and stored inside. Retail on this item was over $8,500. We did not end up trading this small item in as the offer was low, which I could understand. So we posted it for sale ourselves. Easy to do with Facebook Marketplace. This was only to have an employee from this store reach out on Marketplace and make an offer to buy the item for 1/3 of the price I was asking, which was already 1/2 of the retail price. I kindly told him, "Sorry, no." He then continued replying, telling me why it was not worth anything, and I should change my mind. I finally just blocked him. Easy enough to do. Only to have him then file complaints with Facebook and get my account blocked. My Advice is be careful who you are dealing with, as some of these folks can be very evil people... P.S. I did reach out to management for this store and never received any reply. I also thought ahead and took screenshots of the conversation between the employee and me to verify that this is not someone posting with a grudge. I doubt S&N Partners will be getting any business from us in the future.

He is very knowledgeable, patient and took the time to answer all of our questions. He even delivered the tractor to us personally . Two weeks after my purchase he called to make sure everything was OK and that I was not having any problems. As some one who made a living in sales I was very impressed that Devin took the time to do this. I will definitely call Devin when I'm ready to trade up.
