Pants were hemmed to short. Not very good customer service either. I will not return.

Quick Stitch was recommended to me by the shop where I bought my mother-of-the-bride dress. All I…read moreneeded was the sleeves shortened. When I explained what I wanted, the seamstress cut me off with, "Let me do my job." Unfortunately, the results were a disaster. Instead of just altering the sleeves, my dress was taken in so tightly that I could barely breathe or sit. Thankfully, my usual seamstress was able to restore it because the original material hadn't been cut out yet. When we looked at the sleeves that had been shortened, one seam fell apart immediately. On top of that, the sequins were literally falling off because all the ends had been cut instead of secured. There was also a white wax mark around the hem from where it had been measured, on a navy gown! My regular seamstress saved the day: she reattached the sequins properly, reinforced the sleeve, removed the white mark, and made the dress wearable. Had I worn it as Quick Stitch left it, the sleeve would have fallen apart, sequins would have been dropping off all day, the white line would have been visible, and I wouldn't have been able to sit through the ceremony or reception. To make it worse, I had to prepay Quick Stitch $250 for this mess. Absolutely would not recommend.
