Every shirt has been made with high quality tshirts and the graphics have stood up to repeated washings. I called Kirkwood Trading on a Sunday knowing they were closed hoping they would call me first thing that Monday morning. I was surprised to get a phone call from Matt that evening. I explained to him what I needed printed and ready for pick up on that Tuesday afternoon. He was so friendly and helpful and by Tuesday afternoon, my shirts were ready to be picked up. She was great with email communication and giving me options. But somehow when it got to the graphic designer I was lost. My small business order may have only been a little over $500, but the lack of communication and concern really was disheartening. After months of waiting and resending graphic files, and just lack of being told where we were in the process. I finally just canceled my order.
