The schnitzel thinly sliced with coated in breadcrumbs and slightly crispy. Will return. Sat outside in the cold fall weather and they have blankets for additional heat. Service was fast and the wait staff super busy as the restaurant was very busy. Worth a detour from the schnitzel.

I got the Frankfurter schnitzel with their famous green sauce. It's creamy, pale green, and made from 7 different herbs. Apparently the exact herbs vary with the restaurant, but it looks a lot like Green Goddess dressing. Tastes good - apparently it doesn't "keep" and has to be made fresh each day, so you can't order the real deal off Amazon or whatever. I loved my schnitzel. Didn't manage to finish all of my excellent french fries that accompanied it. Wife had a small salad I think. My friend had a schnitzel, too (he almost always does) and his 7 year old daughter had chicken nuggets. Everyone was happy.

This visit would have been four stars except for the drama behind the bar. Look, I am a manager of a global team and I know talent when Insee it. Tina, don't know her last name, was working the tap like no other. I was so impressed I sat there far longer than intended. Somewhere along the way her manager got pissed at her-no idea why. She even bad mouthed her to me, where I replied I think she's an asset. Without this drama this is a five star place. With that said, I will be in town 6 more nights. If Tina is not there I am leaving.
