Went in for a prenatal massage & steam shower today. It was amazing. The massage was great. So relaxing and relieved so much tension. The steam shower was even better. The eucalyptus spray was a nice touch. I appreciated the complimentary toiletries they offered for after the shower. read more

Last week I attended Altitude Laser Spa Ponoka for the first time and I am here to tell you I was treated like a King! Initially I was given a tour of the facility and I was so impressed with the faciility that I started to worry a bit about how much my bill would be, however even that bill was a pleasant surprise considering how much better I felt on leaving. Brenda Smawley gave me an amazing massage which was long overdue, to my surprise she melted most of my muscle tension away with her hand ballet accompanied by soothing therapuetic music in the background. This is the first of many vists to come for massage with Brenda. Kim Green is not only a most capable Dental Hygienist she has a calmness and warmth about her that even an anxious dental patient would soon be relaxed and at ease with her gentle skill and friendly demeanor. Sharon Beaubien the Spa Director and receptionist was the first knowledgable and smiling friendly face I met and that continued with every staff I met. The level of communication at this spa is second to none. The over all commitment to superlative customer service, emphasis on relaxation and healing and the warm family milieu has in one visit made it my place to go when I need TLC and healing. I have never had a more positive experience in receiving health care or customer service and they have a customer for life in me. Do not wait another day, treat yourself today to healing hands from people with glowing hearts!
