Not many businesses will do that. Dr. Kuchar apologized for the miscommunications and challenges, and I was told they would process a (partial) refund. Since they could just as easily written me off and done nothing, I have to give credit where credit is due. The ownership cared enough to not just reach out to me, but to put in place systems with his staff to do better in the future.
