Anthony and Maci were so helpful, very attentive and caring. They explained some instructions on how to do some activities best and how to be the most careful and they were very helpful in general. As was the Sunday manager who checked us in and made sure we were all set to go. We had such a great experience and truly look forward to going back as many times as we possibly can!! read more

Came here for a birthday party, it was busy without being overwhelming which was really cool the music was loud enough to hear but not deafening like some places I've been for kids parties. I doubt we will be back on our own outside of being invited for another party but if we are in the area I would sure consider stopping in because my daughter had a blast. Akin to SkyZone,Get Air,etc. Altitude is a trampoline park in Bucks County near my in-laws home. The location in a strip mall is quite deceiving given the expansive size indoors. Despite the large size, they have capacity limits, so I'd recommend buying tickets online in advance. We did not and had to wait 30 minutes for our time slot. There are no games and few areas to sit so waiting with a 9 year old and a four year old was not fun. Once admitted onto the floor, there are several different activities, but mostly it's just a lot of different trampolines. There is a rock climbing wall, a dodgeball area, gladiator fighting, a zip line, and a trapeze. There is also a section for 6 and under but it's not monitored. Essentially it's a foam block pit and several smaller trampolines. The kids had fun and that's what matters. Just a note, one of my kids had Skyzone socks, and they made her exchange these ratchet beat up socks for Altitude socks at no cost. The explanation was they don't allow competitors socks. Dumb rule in an otherwise decently fun place. read more

Love this place more than the Skyzone in philly. The place is spread open with lots of different trampolines and activities. They even have a zip line and jousting battle. I came in for a birthday party and the staff was very friendly. I sadly couldn't jump due to medical issues but enjoyed watching my nephews- the birthday boys have a blast! The pizza they order from was really tasty as well. When i am better i would come back to jump or may even bring my daughter in. The prices were cheaper compared to sky zone as well. read more

Waited so long for the place to open. Finally brought my daughter a few weeks ago for her 4th bday. She had a blast, but even more- I think i had an even better time! It's seriously great exercise too. Staff was great. Love that the bday girl got an hour free to jump. Also wonderful to bring the kids on their days off from school UPDATE: I lowered the stars. 2 months later I brought my son for his 6th birthday and was told $30. I took my daughter here on Sunday for a birthday party. We've been there for parties before, and it wasn't great, but wasn't bad. But this time...oh, this time I definitely have a very strong opinion about this place. My daughter was playing for about 15 minutes before she had an accident and broke her arm. She was screaming for me, and struggling to get to where I was. I heard her and ran up to get her and brought her back to our table. NOT ONCE did ANY staff member do ANYTHING. Nothing. We scrambled to get some ice, and finally got an ice pack for her (I think it took asking multiple times, and took way longer to get than it should have). All of the other parents from the party were so helpful and kind, and without them, I probably would've lost my mind. I would expect, at a business like this, that there would be protocols, procedures, and at least some basic supplies in place for these types of accidents. And that staff would be TRAINED to handle these types of accidents. And that there would be immediate attention from staff to help minimize the trauma. NOPE. Her arm was very obviously broken - you could tell just by looking at it. And she was completely ignored. Eventually, the only apparent adult staff member came over to get some details about the accident from my daughter. Not on an official form, but on some random piece of paper. She had me sign it, but what was I even signing? It was a random piece of paper! After getting through all of that, she FINALLY asked if we wanted a splint. YES PLEASE!! Well, they had to check to see if they even had anything. She did finally bring a flexible splint and some gauze, so we could get my daughter's arm stabilized before going to the hospital. Again, thanks to the other parents at the party who knew what to do and got her arm bandaged up. I am absolutely appalled at the entire handling of the situation, and will never take my child there again. I would encourage anyone reading this not to, either. Maybe it's fine if everything goes right, but if it doesn't, you're left to scramble on your own. read more

I went to this establishment today with my friends and their father to have some fun over break. First off, the staff around the establishment were unprofessional and rude. Secondly, i left my shoes (uggs) in the area with the lockers and cubby's (which you can't even lock without a LOCK that YOU YOURSELF have to bring.) after my jump time was over i went to grab my shoes and they weren't there-we checked under every bench, surface, checked every locker, and asked the front desk for help BUT, the manager replied and spoke rudely as well as the front desk staff and claimed "we'll get to it later". If someone came and robbed the cash register would u "get to it later"? she claimed they cannot check the footage of their own store without a code that can take hours to get to her. This experience was absurd. No child or person of any age should have to worry abt their shoes being taken and management not doing ANYTHING to fix the issue or help find the shoes. The staff was absent and let everyone run around without masks. One teenager was there be and was bullying other kids. The staff keep allowing him to tease, punch and bully others because his parents weren't there. I personally like this park better than Sky Zone. The staff seems so much more reasonable and I can actually bounce and play with my kids. I love the rock climbing feature and open space! I'm definitely coming back. The only thing is, one time we went there and brought some guests but it was closed even though the website and weekly email said it would be open :/ I'm not really sure what happened there. My suggestion is that if they don't pick up the phone, they're probably not there. read more

Kids will like it because they will like just about any trampoline place. Parents may feel differently. We've been to a few different Sky Zones and have typically had good experiences. After a visit to Altitude, I have greater appreciation for how well managed the Sky Zones are. The check-in is slow and disorganized. I thought I was done a few different times but kept being given additional steps or things to handle. If you have socks from another trampoline place, they may ask you to get their socks instead. They may charge you for those socks or they may not. They seem very inconsistent in their practices. As others have mentioned, the oversight and customer service is really lacking here. There are plenty of teenagers standing around, but that's all they're doing. Nothing is actively managed. Those working the trapeze and the zip line don't communicate with the kids at all. I saw many kids standing there unsure of what to do and the people working the stations said nothing to help, said nothing at all in fact. Completely unfriendly and unwelcoming. The thing that really got me while I was there was one teenage employee who seemed to be flirting with a girlfriend. This flirting took the form of the two of them running through the entire place grabbing at each other, chucking dodge balls at each other, knocking into people, and running roughshod over kids and parents alike. I was standing out of the way by one of the support poles and they nearly ran into me. I later saw them accidentally nail a guy in the head with a dodge ball while he was trying to take a picture of his kid. Because this employee was dressed in the same orange shirt and black socks as all of the other employees and was raising all this ruckus with a non-employee, some of the kids, including my son, thought this guy was playing a game with everyone. This led to my son trying to get a dodge ball away from him and him pushing my son away and telling him to get off while giving him a dirty look. I thought that was a bit much given the guy's behavior and the fact that my son is only 8. I took my son aside and told him to steer clear and that this guy was only interested in playing games with that one girl. This went on for about 45 minutes without anyone from management intervening. The whole thing was pretty unbelievable. I don't plan on returning anytime soon. read more

What a cute place! I've been to SkyZone in Edison before with adults, and was nervous about the prospect of bringing my 3 year old niece to a "jump park", but I was told she loved it - so off we went! Walking in, you can definitely see that this is a kids place - it's super cute! There are so many different areas and jump zones to help keep even the most distractible child, engaged! The jump areas and walls are similar to the adult places I've been too, albiet a bit smaller. The place was more or less clean, definitely had the feel of a large child' birthday party! There were actually 3 or 4 areas designated for birthday parties, private rooms, etc. I could see kids loving that! We were there for an hour, I decided not to jump myself, but was able to wander around and watch her jump! In my opinion, I thought it was pretty cheap, only being $12 for the hour for her. Watching her run around, it was definitely money well spent! There were foam ball pits, beams where you can fight an opponents for balance, dodge ball areas, long lanes for jumping routines, bounce-against walls, and even a trapeze and zip-ilne (which she walked up to 3 times but chickened out each time!) There seemed to be kids in ages ranging from 2-12 - everyone seemed to having a blast! Like i mentioned, only she jumped - and she was given a red wrist band. After an hour, they made an announcement that red wrist band times were up - an easy way to abide by the time-limit. Super adorable place, for kids - definitely want to wash your hands afterwards, but very fun! read more

10th birthday party was a disaster. Tables dirty and not set for our arrival time, all of our guests had to stand around and wait to be seated. While there were and continued to be for over 30 minutes, decorated and empty tables all around us. And then, ours were only partially set. No manager in sight. Then, while we adults were trying to have conversations while the kiddos jumped, they took one of our two tables away, (we had over 20 guests) and let a party that was over an hour early, start decorating their area. The staff even helped them. We had to get up and move over to one table. Still, no manager in sight. The party liaison apologized several times, she said the manager was going to give us a discount because they knew there were so many moments that were disappointing for our two hour event. Where are the managers? Why are they forcing teenage staff members to take care of situations that are clearly out of their skill set? Felt bad for her. Discount? For losing 50% of our party space, losing 20 minutes of play while we waited for our tables to be ready and staff clearly understaffed and spread way to thin? 10% and a hey "that's better than nothing" response from the cashier. Who had to walk back and forth to the office to correspond with the managers hiding in the office. Bottom line, terrible management, who still never came and missed an opportunity to diffuse a negative experience with a simple apology and acknowledgement that they screwed up. Oh, and we never got the birthday shirt and pass for our birthday kiddo. Too many places to have parties, good ones. read more

I really would love to give this place more stars but I simply cannot. The level of disorganization is taken to a whole new level. There is no signage telling people what to do when they walk in so there is a mess of people standing at the front door a little confused. (Sign the waiver at the computer monitor then get in line to pay) There is a snack bar area which is nice since I didn't pack anything however there is no designated place to pay for the snack area items. This means you have to get back into line and wait ... AGAIN. As a business owner the lack of loss prevention giant on here is great for the consumer. No one watching or manning the open snack area, no one saying your hour is up, and the teen monitors are basically just there not actually enforcing anything. This place has potential as it burns a ton of calories and energy but wow they have been open long enough now that the chaos is not excusable. read more

Hey guys my name is Rose to give some back story when my 4 year-old son was on winter break earlier this year i would take him to altitude trampoline park in feasterville every other day give or take just to get his energy out but one day we were there my son was in dodgeball alone playing by himself for a good 5 minutes and the nicest thing happened two worker saw he was by himself and jump in and started playing dodge ball with him it was so wholesome and made my son light up and about 10 minutes go by and an other worker who i assume the manager came up and screamed at them to "do there job" even though it was a slow day with maybe 10 people including me and my son in the building and one of the young men came up to me told me there names were Matt Ross and Josh Murray and apologized for what they did and i told there was nothing to worry about and i asked if he wanted me to speak to his boss on their behalf and he said and i quote " no it's ok that's just a rule we have to follow we just felt bad he was by him self and wanted to cheer him up but that's how it the world roles we broke the rules so we get the consequences even tho there is no one here we down even get paid enough to for this" and I thanked him for being so polite and walked away little while later there were at trapeze and zip line being nothing but nice and encouraging to my son who is scared to do the rides and he was so happy every time he came back it was the same treatment so nice even when busy and couldn't play with him we're still so understanding and just two great kids over all but we got a little busy since winter break didn't go back till earlier this week and my son was so excited to see matt and josh but when we got there things changed he asked a worker bout them they said they quit for personal reasons and to "go away" and "go home" he was so sad i understand why they quit but for those new workers to be mean and rude to my child is horrifying i don't know where to take him now if anyone has suggestions please let me know have and good rest of your day. read more

My only complaint is that the pizza they got from an outside place wasn't that great. It was chewy and didn't taste fresh. Came here for a birthday party. It was chaos from check in until the party was over. Unorganized and not much instruction given when you arrive. The party rooms are on the first and second floors. Didn't really care for the design of the second floor party space. Kids were running up and down the steps (which are steep) seems like an accident waiting to happen. It could also be a problem for parents of little ones. Also, if anyone is handicapped there are no ramps to the second floor available. At least I didn't see any. The kids jumped for an hour and had fun. They were told at towards the end of jumping time to head to the dodgeball area. I thought it would be for the party kids only but older kids were mixed in too that were not with us. No supervision from staff at all. Also, when the kids were using the zip line the only way to exit the attraction is to walk down a long hallway. It's secluded and along side the front of the building. There is a door to exit. I don't know if it was locked or not. In all the kids had a blast and that's all that matters. read more

The rule about socks is atrocious. Apparently it's an 'unwritten rule' that parents have to wear the purple socks as well while watching their children. This is told after we already paid for our daughter, and nobody told us when paying. Please have consistent training for your employees and post all 'unwritten rules' and make sure they are actually 'written' and all employees are trained. read more

On a Saturday during peak hours they only had one register open. The same register was used for registrations and concessions! Total annoyance and a waste of time. The staff walked around aimlessly with no sense of urgency to assist guest. The music choice in my opinion is not appropriate for kids but that's debatable. Altitude is closer to my house; but from this experience, I would much rather drive 20 more minutes to Sky Zone. read more

Going there a week day in the afternoon was very nice. My kids had a blast!! The staff were very nice and extra friendly, they even play with my kids. Not once they were rude or ignorant. Some of this places the staff can be standoffish. My experience at the altitude trampoline park was very nice and comfortable. I'm pretty sure weekends most be a different experience due to the place being overly crowded, I'm assuming. Overall it was fun. The place is clean and cold inside but not bad if your jumping all over the place. I was there from 3:30 till 5 pm good time to go if you don't like crowds. This place has still not opened so I can only speak on my very unfortunate experience trying to book my son's birthday party here. I contacted Altitude on 10/6/17 through facebook messenger about whether they were booking parties for November yet. I was promptly told to contact a specific person and was given an e-mail address. I immediately contacted this person about booking a party on 11/4/17 and had very constant communication with her throughout October. In my original correspondence with this person I asked if their firm open date would be before my party and even suggested postponing a week later if there was any concern that they would not be open in time. I was lead to believe throughout our many e-mail exchanges that there would be no issue. Despite delays in the launch of the online party booking site (which should have been a big clue for me), I was assured there would be no delay and that I would be contacted to finalize details. When I hit the 2 week point with still no word or contract, I got very concerned. I had already been given the go ahead from this individual to make and distribute invitations and had a number of people already confirming attendance. I still waited a few more days before contacting the rep from Altitude again. Previously she always responded within a few hours but this last communication there was no response. A day and a half later, on 10/26/17, I was contacted by the General Manger with this e-mail: "I hope all is well! I just wanted to reach out and let you know that unfortunately our construction will not be finished in time for your party. We are extremely sorry for this inconvenience and hope you understand that somethings are not in our control. We are still willing to offer the discount to you for a future date. We are also extending an invite to you and your family to our "family and Friends Night" that date we haven't set yet but will reach out to let you know (that night will be free for you)! Once again we apologize". Less than a week and a half before my son's party, after I initiated communication, I was informed of the cancellation. I take my share of responsibility for being naive enough to believe them and foolish enough to try to book a location that was not yet open; however, this is simply just bad business. I understand delays happen and at the first inkling of a delay I should have been contacted to either postpone my date or told to consider alternate plans. I wonder, had I not contacted them, would they have even said anything. In the end I am shocked I even had to post this negative review because I had been pleased with the communication and interaction I had before they cancelled on us with such short notice. I did call the GM after receiving his e-mail but ultimately I chose not to pursue the communication because this exchange left a really negative impression on me and I would rather take my business elsewhere. read more

My 9-year-Old son had his birthday on a Sunday night from 6-8 PM and all his friends had a BLAST! It was the best birthday party he ever had. The staff was very hospitable. One of my son's friends needed help getting down the fireman's pole and they responded immediately! They also had a beautiful table ready for us with balloons, a tablecloth and paper products. The pizza came when we asked for it, and we had help with the cake and cleanup. Even though it was a rambunctious group of boys, the staff remained positive and upbeat. I highly recommend the Hainesport location. Great fun! read more

We hosted my daughter's 5th birthday here this weekend and it was fun for both the kids and the adults who chose to jump. There was plenty to keep the kids entertained for the 2 hours. I was worried with how crowded it was (kids of all ages) of someone getting hurt, but the staff was excellent and regulating the jump areas making sure all rules were followed to keep everyone safe! The staff who were assigned to us for our party were super helpful, offering to help carry stuff in and out to our car, handing out the pizza and cake, etc. there is only one private room for parties, which we did have. I highly recommend getting the private room for the party as it is a home base and a way to get the kids all together to quickly eat and have cake. I would highly recommend this place just to jump for fun or to host a party! read more

Got talked into taking 4 kids (ages 6-11; two were my daughters and the other two are good friends' kids) to Altitude Trampoline Park on a cloudy/ rainy day this summer. I hesitated at first, not because of the number of kids in tow, but because it seemed super expensive! But I found a great deal online which was $20 for 2 hours per person. I decided the 2 hour jump time would be good because 1 hour was too short. After 20 minutes, a few of my kids were "done", I was so mad!! But then they got back into it and had a blast! There were so many options to choose from, besides just trampolines. There's a jousting area, a foam pit, separate dodge ball area, zip line, and a trapeze!! After listing all of these fantastic things, you'd think this place was enormous! It's actually on the smaller side which is really nice for parents who aren't participating because I was able to sit on a bench and see the 4 kids who were spread out throughout the place. I appreciated that because if we had gone anywhere else, Skyzone per se, I wouldn't have been able to keep my eye on them from one main spot. I would definitely recommend Altitude and we'd actually visit here again before we went back to Skyzone. read more

We had my son's birthday party here, and the staff was super helpful, friendly and on top of everthing. My son said it was his favorite party ever! He really liked the different activity areas that were different from other places. As a parent, the layout is good to be able to see it all at once. me and my friend came for a nice night to have fun but we ended up having a terrible time. the minute we stepped in it took them 5 minutes to get food that someone had ordered and there were other workers there but no one took our order. when the teen finally got to us she was mean and very rude and acted miserable. we thought to get over it but as we were jumping around all you could smell was weed. the only other people there were little kids which means it wasn't the customers fault, it was the staff. don't bring your kids here. since all the workers were teens i believe it was them who were smoking. there were too many kids that could've been told simple directions from the staff but they didn't do anything. we went back to get food and she was still mean. she couldn't remember what we ordered and she was only there for the money. there is no organization that indicates when to leave and the staff don't even notice. they also have a sign that says "we're not responsible for stolen items". shouldn't they have cameras?! read more

I wanted to make a higher up aware of a negative experience that i had with my kids at your feasterville location today. I never complain, however i feel as if there was a lot that happened in one visit. Upon arrival , we had a party of 3 adults and 4 children, we were helped by Gianna M who was rather rude and not knowledgeable on sales and policies. You advertize a 15 dollar deal for an hr jump, pizza and a beverage which we planned on partaking in. We were told the feasterville location does not participate in that even though that is no where on the website that states that. Gianna was also not aware that an adult jumping with a junior jumper is 2 dollars , i had to explain twice my son is one and im only jumping with him in the junior jump time frame. She was also rude to the 2 other adults in our party. Once my son started playing, again he is one, i was told i was not allowed to be with him on a trampoline as the rule is only one person at a time. I completely understand that safety precautions are put in place for everyones safety and i have no problem adhering to that. However he is one and i need to make sure he is safe as well. My older daughter was also injured using the trapeze. The attendant let go of her too early and she fell and hurt her back. Im just extremely disappointed with the extreme lack of customer service and negligence at the trapeze. My kids very much enjoying visiting, but i really am rather deterred from returning. read more

My kids had a lot of fun there, however I think it should be separated by age groups. There were kids jumping and running around that had to be at least 12 years old with the 1,2,3, 4, 5 year olds including mine. Then 5 mins before we left, my worst nightmare came true . My daughter was bumped into by another child ( who was older ) causing my daughter to fall and hurt her foot. She couldn't stand or put pressure on it. I immediately went to the desk and told the girl that she was hurt. She offered me ice. I then asked her if I should fill a paper out writing what happened. She asked me if I wanted to talk to a manager, so I said yes. He came over and asked me what happened. I explained to him what happened and he told me we could do an incident report. So he fills it out and says that they usually call people who got hurt to see how they are doing. He also had to review the cameras to see what happened . I then asked him for the copy of the incident report for my records and in case I needed to take her to the hospital. He flat out told me NO we cannot do that . I proceeded to ask 5 times for it before he finally gave it to me. I was in tears thinking that my daughter had broken her foot or sprained it . All I wanted was the incident report . I understood that I signed a waiver, but I wasn't trying to sue them. I work in a field where I write incident reports daily and copies are always made and sent home to parents. I feel that as a parent, i had the right to have a copy. read more
