We rate this business a solid 0- We do not recommend. We received 3 quotations and selected the…read morehighest bid as we believed that she was the best. We were looking for a really good job so investing extra was OK. Boy, was that a mistake. We now have a basement that looks horrible. The first attempt at this job was an embarrassment. The Wonder Woman team came in and tried again. It was better but not nearly acceptable. There are still roller marks all over the place with a few imperfections. Wonder Woman painting has not ever came over to take a look after the 2nd attempt had dried, like she said she would. Also, have her include the paint in her quotation. That way when her estimate is way off, you won't get stuck with that extra charge. She is now demanding FULL payment, or she is going to take legal action. Full payment for a job that looks like an amateur completed, and to threaten legal action instead of working with us and fixing the issue is not professional at all. We have offered multiple solutions or offers, and she has not even replied. If it would have turned out nice, we would gladly pay her in full and have even considered a tip. Other painters have been in and looked were surprised and could not believe that a "Professional" painter would leave this as an outcome. If anyone wants to see pictures, I will gladly share. You can even leave my opinion out of it and come and look at our basement for yourself. She has done good work in the past for other customers, but what differentiates contractors is how they work with you when things go wrong. Very disappointing and now we are sitting with a basement that we cannot afford to have re-done again along with our contractor for trim and doors sitting in limbo. Very disappointing.
