I am completely BAFFLED with how much Alto has gone downhill in the last year and a half. I've been using Alto since 2017, and for the majority of that time they were fantastic. But the last year and a half something has happened. Let me explain. I recently ordered a refill of the medication I take daily, but when my order was delivered it included someone else's medication along with mine. Normally I wouldn't be worried, but this persons medication was very sensitive and included needles. Not only did I receive their medication, I also received multiple pieces of PHI. I reached out to Alto about this, and after 72 hours I got some generic response that they were looking into it (while also calling me the wrong name). I messaged them 6 times over the course of a week asking they pick it up as I did not want to be in possession of someone's medication and PHI. Each time they sent a generic response saying it was "being escalated to the appropriate department". Then one day, without notice, I get a random knock on my door from someone saying they were from Alto and were here to pick "something" up, but did not have any name tag or anything to prove it. I reluctantly gave them the other persons medication and immediately messaged in to verify I didn't give it to someone who shouldn't have it. Needless to say I have yet to get any sort of response, not even their normal generic message. Alto used to be a fantastic service that really cared about their customers, but as they've grown it's become abundantly clear they prioritize profits over anything else. I absolutely will not be using Alto again, I'm not willing to have my personal health information compromised. Be wary! read more

For the longest time I have used the larger pharmacy chains/companies and have been gauged left and right, even with good insurance. I started working as an RN at a clinic about a year ago; this clinic uses Alto for almost every patient prescription. My patients had nothing but good things to say about their experience with them, which prompted me to give it a try. I transferred all of my prescriptions and my experience has been better than any experience I've ever had with another pharmacy chain/company. The customer service is top-notch, the prices are a fraction of what I was paying before, and I've gotten all of my prescriptions delivered to my front door the very same day that I ordered them. Plus, you get a delicious little caramel with every order! I highly recommend Alto, both from a provider side as well as a patient side! read more

I will be honest, I was skeptical when my Dr said to try Alto Pharmacy delivery. I had been having issues with Mail order pharmacy vs large bulk store pharmacy prior to trying Alto. I have had only FANTASTIC experiences with Alto pharmacy delivery and tried only twice. They app is awesome, order, schedule, pay and sign in app, if applicable. You can watch the delivery as it arrives to your home. Delivery is Covid respectful- wearing mask, 6 ft apart. And friendly. I recently transferred another prescription over just to see the process. Seamless. I will be transferring all over to Alto. They deliver right to the door, for FREE. You schedule what day/time works best. read more

Although I've never set foot in the pharmacy, I'm extremely impressed with their service. My clinic recommended them and within an few hours they had already texted me and called me to setup a time to drop my meds off. They were very flexible and even had times to drop-off after six. They also text you updates on where your delivery driver is. My meds needed to be refrigerated and they came perfectly packaged with clear instructions on how to store them. Also on a side note- their calls/texts are from a 1800 number but don't let that scare you off. They were very professional and it was really nice not to have to go into a pharmacy during the pandemic. read more

I have used alto for about 5 months now and have absolutely loved it. No longer having to deal with all the pains of major pharmacy. Yeah issues may happen but they communicate it and are so much focus on the customer. It is great because for someone like my wife there wouldn't be any communication from pharmacies until way late and that would then cause her to have withdrawals. I know this may seem fake but honestly this has been such a relief to know that I can rely on my pharmacy and when issues happen they are incredibly communicative and responsive in trying to figure out a resolution. read more

I am very happy with Alto Pharmacy so far! I have only been a customer for a few weeks. The hassles and wait times in long lines and especially gasoline for going to, and having to deal with Walgreens. The change to Alto Pharmacy was worth it 100%!! The couriers are VERY friendly, if you encounter them. The App is pretty easy to use, once you get to learn it. They handle all the paperwork and let me know if I need to do anything. I ONLY give Good reviews, IF a business has impressed me, Alto Pharmacy has surely done that!! Kudos to Them! read more

Really satisfied with my order and delivery experience. First, it was super easy to use the app to manage my order and find out when my Dr. had sent the Rx in. The courier service was excellent--the meds arrived in the window I was given and a little bit prior to delivery you receive a text regarding estimated delivery time. You can sign for received meds within the app for contactless delivery. Furthermore, the packaging was excellent. As good as it gets! I transferred my prescriptions over to Alto, or rather Alto transferred my prescriptions over. Less than an hour later, Alto had transferred all of my prescriptions over and I was able to schedule a delivery. It was the easiest process ever! The Alto team checked in with me at each stage and I could track where my driver was and exact delivery time. It was an amazing customer experience and I would recommend it to everyone. Legitimately life changing. If you are someone who gets hassled every time you go to the pharmacy and you have to go every month, it's usually a nightmare, I know that there's people out there who just give up ongoing because it's such a catastrophe and it's disheartening. You know who you Are. Try Alto. for the past 5 years it has been pharmacy hell until I discovered Alto they deliver ALL my my scripts, and yes even the ones that you have to otherwise go monthly for. My doctor's office recommended Alto Pharmacy to refill my prescriptions. I was skeptical at first about a pharmacy that would deliver my medication for free but I decided to give it a shot. I had a great experience with same day delivery, they packed the medication perfectly well and gave me all the instructions needed. First time I used ALTO and I was pleasantly surprised my prescription arrived the very next day and it needed refrigeration, so it was packaged in an ice type package to keep it cool. Impressed! The insurance ran right through with the coupon I had. My Doctor sent my prescription here, knowing it wouldn't be a hassle and sure enough. Everything was awesome! After checking with all my local pharmacies, none of them had my medication in stock and were not going to be able to order it because it was on backorder. But Alto had it in stock and were able to retrieve my prescription and deliver it the next day! I was notified of the status of my prescription every step of the way unlike my usual pharmacy. I started this free delivery service a few months ago, and it's been really nice. I love that they have the weekend option, and give you a window of when to expect the delivery. Wow! I placed my order around 1:00 PM and received my medication at my door by 8:00 PM, same day. The app was easy to use and customer service was super friendly when my card didn't go through. Alto also provided me with text updates that were accurate for tracking the driver and it even allowed me to e-sign for my delivery before they got to my door. 100/10 experience! read more

I am so pleased with this pharmacy! I had been having issue after issue with Walgreens and I just couldn't take it anymore.
