The place was very cozy, clean, and welcoming environment! It was place where you can bring your own wine (I wish I knew before I went!) and enjoy lovely Greek and or other European cuisine that you don't get to experience in Moncton/Riverview area very often. Two of my friends and I shared three menus: Appetizer platter, Chicken pesto pizza (md), and Weiner schnitzel. The amount of food was just perfect and we had only two pieces of pizza left over! and believe me, they were delicious! I loved it. i really like this location but one thing that i dislike is that i have to bring my own alcoholic drink ??

We had heard raves of this place from some of our friends so decided to give it a try.My husband and I were the first to arrive after opening hours on a Sunday : we waited a while to have our order taken, then more than a reasonable time for a simple order of spaghetti and meatballs with garlic bread. The telephone was not ringing off the hook and only two people arrived for pick-up orders. The server apologized for the delay. The spaghetti needed more sauce, the meatballs were average and the garlic bread was over toasted. We would have liked a refill of our water but our server didn't return, until she arrived with the bill. For a $30 meal of spaghetti and meatballs, we were disappointed. It served as a reminder to us that for the same price, we can serve many friends the same dinner, including wine and dessert ,and have a friendlier ambiance. read more

We arrived during the evening rush when Altos is very busy with takeout orders. The owner took our order. I had the small souvlaki platter with a Caeser salad and greek potatoes, all were part of the platter. My partner had the large chicken souvlaki platter with the greek salad and french fries. Despite being quite busy, the food arrived after a reasonable wait. Overall, our meals were fresh and tasty. Give the french fries a miss. The Greek potatoes were a better choice but a little on the oily side. Mens' washroom needed some attention. The Womens' washroom was passable. read more

I believe this restaurant is under new ownership....hence the really bad review. I had the souvlaki (porc and chicken). I had to throw away the porc. The smell of the meat was so bad I had to put down my car window on my way home. When I arrived I tasted the chicken which was ok but the porc was sour. The Greek dressing did not taste anything near what a dressing should taste like. It had an orange tint to it. I was very disappointed. When I looked at the menu, they now serve, Greek, German, Italian and Asian. Maybe too many cuisine for one restaurant. I will not be returning. read more

I love this restaurant. It serves the best hummus in the Greater Moncton area. Greek kebabs with a creamy feta sauce are my favourite menu item. Greek potatoes, Greek salad and Caesar salad are all winners too. sometimes the service can be a bit slow but I don't really mind because it's a small restaurant and everything is made fresh. read more

Horrible service! We had never ordered pizza from here, but since we had a Johnny's 2-for-1 coupon we figured we'd give it a try. Big mistake, and such a waste of money. When we arrived, we mentioned we had a Johnny's coupon and would like to order two large pizzas. The owner, who was serving us, immediately launched in to an anti-Johnny's rant, saying that he would not allow us to use the coupon to purchase two large pizzas. He said he would only allow us to use the coupon for a small or medium pizza and that he was "done" with Johnny's. We showed him the coupon and mentioned that no where did it say we could not get a 2-for-1 large pizza, and the owner (getting angrier by the second) stated, in a very rude manner, that he was not going to honour that coupon by giving us that (the 2-for-1 large pizza) and continued to say how much he was done with Johnny's. He said he would only allow us to use our recent coupon for a small or medium pizza. Then he showed us an expired coupon from last year saying, "On here it says small and medium pizzas only". We were puzzled as to why he would show us a coupon from last year, and we reminded him that we had a coupon from this year; not one from last year. That didn't seem to matter ... he said "They (Johnny's) made a mistake! Small or medium! That's it!" So we asked if we could get 2 medium pizzas, then - one Greek and one Veggie with hot peppers instead of green peppers. Well, that was a mistake. He immediately said, "No! We don't have hot peppers!" What pizza place doesn't have hot peppers? Anyway ... We decided this was not going to end the way we were hoping when we first walked in, so we just said fine and ordered a medium Veggie and Greek. We will absolutely never, ever return to this establishment. Not only was the service among the worst we have ever experienced, but the pizza tasted "sour" ... as if some of the ingredients had expired. We felt as if we were not welcome, that we were inconveniencing them by just being there (especially with a Johnny's coupon), and now we can understand why this restaurant was completely empty on a Saturday night. read more
